Mattress was good, but a a feather down mattress covet would have been amazing.

Welcome drink when we arrived. Cold towel everytime we returned to the room. Snack by the pool. Amazing breakfast.

The only thing I didn’t like was that I had to leave :)

From the moment I walked in the staff could not be more accommodating. Greeted with a smile and an ice cold face towel. Showed to my room and served with a tray of ice cold drinks and snack, and a welcome sign laid on the bed in flower petals and native fauna. Everything was on point and the attention to detail was second to none. Breakfast by the infinity pool was amazing. The selection was unbelievable and again, the staff. Omg!

Central location close to all bars restaurants ans old market. Tucked down a small laneway so no street noise at all. Very peiceful and lush pool area. VERY friendly and helpful staff.

The staff were the best and most attentive staff at any hotel I have ever stayed in. Super lovely. The massages were the best massages we have ever had. I wished we stayed there for longer!!!

The accommodation in this hotel was absolutely perfect. Right after arriving I was very pleasantly surprised by the staff, who were great and remembered my name from the first moment. They were very helpful and most importantly attentive. The accommodation itself was beautiful, clean and the room was large enough. If I had the opportunity, I would definitely like to come back here.

This hotel was a gem. Located in the centre of Siem Reap with Pub Street and Night Market literally next door. The staff go over and above in every regard, the service was so attentive and professional. The rooms all have balconies overlooking the pool, large comfortable beds and are spacious. The pool area is the prefect place to get over a day of temples. Thanks to our perfect hosts Nana, Leap, Pou, Veasna, Mr Sokhom and Roth.

The hotel next door can create a bit of noise but on the one occasion it did get a little too much our hotel staff were right on it. Well done!

It is really well located just round from all the ‘happening’ places like Pub Street and the Central Market, but just far enough away so as you don’t get at all disturbed by the noise. The staff l, without exception, are so attentive (sometimes overly so) and really want you to have the very best stay. They couldn’t do enough for us. Setting is lovely and the rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Don’t look any further. This hotel is fabulous. The staff cannot do enough for you. They welcome you with a smile cold water and fresh cold clothes every time you come in. They are constantly anticipating your needs and nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless and smells beautiful. I celebrated my birthday here and they dressed the room up so beautifully and brought me a cake, singing happy birthday. You are treated like honoured guests but leave as friends. Book now!

Excellent hotel very well situated minutes walk from the Old Market and Pub Street. A warm and attentive welcome with staff going above and beyond throughout our stay. Lovely pool and basic but very comfortable rooms. Good breakfast with small buffet and several cooked options- pancakes with palm syrop was a favourite. Great coffee. Hotel organised super guide and driver for us over our 3 day visit to see temples and floating villages, and we went to their sister hotel for an Aspara dance and dinner evening. On site spa room by pool offering massages which could be booked at short notice. Great stay!

The downside of a great location next to all the action is that it often goes into the wee hours of the morning. We could hear pulsing music in the middle of the night from some of the clubs a block or two away. The staff mentioned this at check in and offered us ear plugs.

If I could rate this hotel 11 stars, I would. This is a wonderful property in a fantastic location right next to Pub Street and the street market. You have tons of restaurants and shops just steps away. The customer service of this hotel is off the charts. The staff is warm, welcoming and very attentive to all your needs. Everytime we left the hotel, even if just for half an hour, we were greeted by a smiling staff member with a cool wash cloth and a cold glass of water when we walked into the lobby. Every staff member made a point of asking our names and greeting us by name each day. When at the pool, we were brought a complimentary tray of fruit and ice tea. We were sad to leave!

Everything was lovely. Breakfast offering is limited due to it being a small hotel- a la carte with a mini buffet.

Location was good, central but also quiet enough and shielded from the noise of Pub Street. The room was neat and clean and the pool area was lovely. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, we felt like really valued guests.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Siem Reap but in a quiet location. The breakfast was just right and the room perfect but what made our holiday was the staff, they were the best, especially Seth, Sara, Leap and Nana.

Got to stay at the sister property for a night before I moved to this resort. The sister property is just as lovely just a little further out. This hotel is very close to pub street and there are several massage and food vendors as well. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. You will really enjoy your stay here.
