It's the perfect place. It's more of a private Airbnb than a hotel feeling. We had our own little kitchen, dining table and balcony. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. And it feels very safe. The people running it are super nice. I honestly think this place is worth much more than the price they're asking for. I would especially recommend it to couples, families or friends. If you're travelling alone and like some quiet and peace then it's great for you too. If you're looking to be more social, maybe not. The place is a few streets outside of the center which in my opinion is perfect. You can take a passapp for a bit more than a dollar or have a nice stroll into town. You're already reaching the first restaurants etc in a few minutes walk. And there's a small local market just opposite of the place so you don't have to go far. If we ever need a hotel in Siem Reap again or have friends visiting, we will 100% book this place. Good luck to the owners for the future!

It's a little bit out of town, but you can easily get a tuktuk into town for a small fee so we didn't actually mind that much, there's still some nice restaurants, shops and ATMs in walking distance.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, they can help you organise the temple and bike tours. The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in, rooms were beautifully presented very modern and clean. The terrace and balcony were great for a morning coffee and evening drink. We were given a welcome beer in our fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch.

Best price for a brand new room/appartment I could find, modern clean look but with a lot of wood so a home like vibe. Comfortable mattress, good shower, good AC and a own little kitchen with large fridge and freezer and washing machine. Nice large open balcony and a larger roof terrace with nice view in a quiet part of the city but still everything nearby. Owner Boret and his colleagues are very friendly and can help you with any question and request.

It's a lovely place, a bit tucked away. They are apparently a tour company and had just started a stay up when I stayed there. It's a cozy place with a homely atmosphere, shared facilities and a big balcony to hang out or work. It's a great place if you are travelling and want to work remotely or just want some quiet. I was travelling alone, and at the time, there weren't lots of people if you are looking to mingle and make friends. But I really wanted the quiet and comfort! I had an issue with the lock when I got back after dinner, and the staff were responsive and kind enough to drop by, despite being quite late at night, to help me sort it out.
