I didn't mind this but the rooms are a little dark. We requested some bedside lights and were given them right away. Some fixtures such as taps and flushes are in need of replacement, but this was just a cosmetic problem, everything worked fine. The location is not convenient to walk anywhere, but it's an easy tuktuk ride from the centre and worth it for the beautiful pool area. We were not impressed by the breakfast and preferred to eat meals elsewhere.

A lovely space to come in to from the street, with a courtyard pool surrounded by greenery. The pool always felt a welcome spot to hang out, with towels, sunbeds and a small bar you can sit at in the water. The staff were nice. The rooms were large and comfortable with AC plus a nice balcony.l I was always happy to come back to the hotel and liked all the plants and the decoration, nice old fashioned tiling and windows. I would definitely stay here again.

We booked a stay here for a night but extended a few more days directly and really enjoyed our stay here. the rooms were very clean, the food, free happy hour session every day, the a surprising free side on some orders if you let them make it. The whole staff from the team at the front to the housekeeping team were really friendly and always willing to help. We had a massage (great!) and always felt at home.

We loved our stay! The staff was very eager to Help with everything I could need. They helped me book the night bus and the visit to the Temples. The room was Clean and nice, the WiFi works great, and the room is overall comfortable with no noise at night. There's a lovely pool, and There's also a wonderful massage service. It was an awesome time right from day one. The pickup from the bus station was on time and swift. The check-in was quick, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful, from the front desk team to the restaurant team and the housekeeping team. Everyone was lovely and always willing to help out. The pool was nice, and there are plenty of pool beds and seats for you to chill in the afternoon if you don't plan on going outside. The room was comfortable and the WiFi worked great! Nothing much to say more, but would love to come back on a second stay and finish where we left off in Siem Reap!

Loved staying and will definitely stay again. They provide amazing service, the staff were all very friendly and helpful during our full stay. Rooms were impeccable, and the bed was very comfy, might be a bit hard for some, but you can ask for extra padding if needed. wifi works great, nothing to complain about, and the lobby and pool area are all clean and beautiful.

After a long ride, we were picked up by a driver who was really helpful and friendly. We got welcome drinks and cold towels. The guys from the reception were really friendly and informative about everything. Our room was clean and comfortable, and everything was well-appointed. The internet was a bit spotty, but it was no problem; the Wi-Fi just works well in the room. The outdoor pool was nice, and the cocktails were great during the evening with some deals that went along with some free snacks. We also got some massage offers. It was a relaxing massage I have ever had in my life. We’ll most definitely be back!

The staff were all so polite and helpful. They all went out of their way to make sure everything during your stay was enjoyable. They arranged tours for us, and it was overall a great trip, full day tours and many places we wanted to visit, especially Angkor Wat. I can recommend doing it with them in the morning; the afternoon was too hot for us. Our room was on the first floor, and it was overall quiet and comfortable, the wifi worked well, and the room was clean. For the price we paid, I would definitely stay here again !

We enjoyed our time, everyone working within the hotel was very warm and outgoing, the service was just perfect for us, and the front desk was accommodating, very informative and they offered a lot of well-priced and fun trips for you as well, took us about just less then mins to arrange a full day tour in the morning and it was last minute for them, recommend doing there smalltour in the morning if you dont have your own plan and wanting to see angkor wat. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the outdoor pool was nice as well, with some cocktail during happy hour and your set! Look forward in coming back to siemreap if get the chance!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is overall clean and all the staff were very friendly and very helpful, always trying to help out and always available. The reception team were very attentive and informative about very thing. We had a short stay but we had the opportunity to have a great massage in the spa as well, it was really relaxing. The food in hotel was really good, we had dinner and we especially like the local dish. The room we booked and stayed in was comfortable and spacious overall, nothing to say much. We came for our honeymoon trip and they had arranged our room with some decorations. The staff was always smiling and made us feel at home. Very cozy and natural ambience. They arranged tours for us in less than an hour, and it was overall a great tour, a full day at the temples, and then back to the pool. The pool itself was well-kept and had plenty of beds around the pool for you to rest. Totally worth it for our stay!

Great pool area - has a real tropical feel with poolside bar…extensive selection of cocktails and the local menu foods were great!
