The bathroom smelled not so nice but I think that was more a problem of the sewerage. Overall it was clean though.

Bit overpriced for just a fan room, and the surrounding area was very dirty. Seems people just throw their rubbish into the streets, and this needs addressing. They still use padlocks on the doors, which didn't feel very secure.

The room was reasonable, and it wasn't too far away from the seafront. The staff were friendly too. Room was cleaned daily without having to request, with fresh towels, water and coffee.

Good location in the village. Staff are helpful. Room was clean and bed comfy. Bit expensive for what you get but good AC. Can't really complain for Koh rong! Can also rent motorbikes with them. And give you a few food vouchers on arrival. New water and toilet roll everyday.

Wifi isn’t great and you don’t get much service.

A nice room, with a comfy bed and plenty of space. In a great location, just off the Main Street but far enough away for quiet time as well. Staff were friendly and they chased my friend down when he left his iPad in the room. Looked up and down the street until he found him. Very grateful.

1. no hairdryer, it's necessary to have one. 2. It takes a lot of walking. Needs to climb up and down 200m to get to the main street corner(near the pier) which is very crowded all day and then walk about 800m to the beach which is fit for swimming. 3. The AC family room space is a bit narrow and the vertical height is not abundant (It's less than 2.6m). 4. There is not much furniture for guests to put things on.

Whenever we try to contact the hotel online or offline, our request can be feedback quickly. The staff are very helpful, we got free use of the kitchen for once, after cooking, when we were cleaning the kitchen, one staff volunteered to take over the work. Electricity supply is very stable. AC and hot shower worked well.

The bed was too hard, there was sand all over the floor when we arrived which only got worse but we can’t complain too much as we are on an island. However the sink was full of ants. The location isn’t the best at the top of a hill but it did the job and it was an easy walk to koh touch.

Average stay for us and the room we stayed in. The staff were friendly and they offered trips and motorbike rental they also gave us a few discount vouchers for local bars and food spots which was great. They stocked us with water everyday and fresh towels. 😄

At first, we were in Room 2009 at far back end of the corridor. The wifi router was located at the front end. So I can't watch any youtube on my fone. Our request to change to a room closer to the wifi router was granted. Moved to Room 2003, wifi was okay. The bathroom door of Room 2003 did not fit the door frame. The bathroom stank of dead rat. Told the reception. Cleaner came to clean and the smell got better. I learnt from the cleaner to kick the toilet door shut with a loud slam. The bathroom still stank a little, but was bearable.

The lady running the place speaks English and is very helpful with our request for change of room, cleaning of the smelly toilet. She told us about the walk from Happy Elephant along the coast to Long Set direction. We had a lovely coastal walk all the way to the Nest resort, resort hopping all the way. The wooden bridge further past the Nest resort was broken. We did not cross the shallow water, but many people crossed with their bags up on their head.

We received what we expected.

Good and cheap hotel in perfect location. Staff was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed to stay there. As Koh Touch is a very small town, everything was very close. Restaurant, beach, shops, small fruit market, etc. Renting a scooter is very simple, staff arranged it at once when we asked.

Wifi not working, we stayed here for almost week and no wifi in fact We had 2d bungallow maybe it because of this exact house because near reception wifi connection was not bad

Comfortable beds and very clean! Good location close to the main restaurants and bars of Koh Toch. Scooter rental was very easy too.

Sink needed a good scrub and some squashed bugs on the wall that had been splatted and not cleaned off.

The staff were super lovely and friendly, really helpful with everything we needed. The rooms were nice, clean and the beds were very comfortable, we extended and they did daily housekeeping which is great also. I highly recommend staying here. Definitely coming back to stay here if we ever visit again!

Nothing much but just to warn there is a couple of cockerels outside that make noise early! No problem for us but if you did want a lie in its a struggle! Cant be helped.

Tucked away off the Koh Rong beach so not on main street. Staff made great effort to keep place clean and towels/sheets etc changed daily. Staff friendly and comfortable beds.
