Good location & within walking distance to lots of restaurants. Single twin room was nice - large single beds with spacious rooms. Shower drainage wasn’t great and our bathroom was repeatedly flooded. Walls are either thin or we had a very loud neighbour! Otherwise, a comfy stay with AC, fridge and large storage area in room.

I encountered a drainage issue in the bathroom while showering, which caused water to pool. Everything else was good, but this needs attention.

I've stayed at this hotel a bunch of times, and it's always been a great experience! The location is incredible—it’s right in the heart of everything, so finding delicious places to eat is a breeze. Whether you’re craving pizza, sushi, or a nice steak, there’s something close by to satisfy any appetite. Plus, the rooms are really spacious and cozy, which makes it easy to unwind after a long day of exploring. Honestly, it feels like a home away from home!

Lift was broken when we were there and the lights didn’t work well when walking up the stairs so had to use the flashlights on our phones which was a struggle with big bags but otherwise okay.

Any hotel needs maintenance. Stop saving money on this important point!! The shower is flooding the entire bathroom quickly, and the joint are gross and are black with mold (they need to be redone by someone alittle bit more cautious). The "gym" is very small and you can't really train, just do the treadmill or elliptic and that's it, so it is basically useless and would be better to replace all by 5 or 6 smaller cardio machines (Because those present machines are really too big for the space!) There are 2 big Onsen. But they don't work. Very sad: it could be a big plus. And the sauna is just for one person. Some small maintenance work shall be done in the rooms. It's not a big thing, but would make the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff is friendly and helpful, the room is very well cleaned, every day. The cleaning people are very nice, and they even speak some english! The linen and towels are very clean and basically, there is nothing bad to say about cleanliness. In the room, there is a desk for working and the internet is really reliable and fast enough to have video calls. It would be even better with a small table and some chairs: there is some space to put them, so why not. It's a very good value for money.

Bed was very hard. Bedroom (room 333) was very loud, it must have been something on the roof making noise all night that made it hard to sleep. Not all of the gym equipment in the photos works. My room was not cleaned at all in my three night stay.

Workers were very welcoming and helpful. All the amenities of the room worked well, and there are great bao buns available on the street downstairs.
