We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SlovakiaNights were chilly outside, so that could be great to get some fresh air inside. However, we couldn't open the windows (although we would love to) because they had no screens and you could easily invite mosquitos and other roaches inside. The small room gets quickly hot without any fresh air. The size of the room was a bit small.
It was convenient to get to Angor Wat from our place. The airport bus stop is around 800m away, you can easily take a tuk-tuk for $1 from there. However, it is within walking distance. It's pretty challenging to find a Western grocery store. There is a well-equipped Chinese supermarket (Chao Sang Hok Superstore) offering everything, it is about a 15-minute walk and 1.1km away (check the attached map). The place was almost empty, room OK for the price, however, too hot when it was sunny. There's AC, however, it is right above the head and bed when sleeping (not comfy so much). The host was friendly and helpful and brought us the fan because the AC was too cold...

United KingdomAir con was really bad in our room it was so hot and our bathroom was ridiculously hot we had to keep the door closed at all times due to the heat of it in there.
Location was a bit out of the way but it was only a 20 minute walk to the main area and it was quiet around the Villa so ideal if you want to have a good nights sleep. Our room was very spacious. We hired a scooter from just outside the villa which was perfect to get around.

New ZealandRoom stank because of the shower drain, we ended up leaving the extraction fan on in the bathroom and door closed to keep smell contained. Truly horrible first impression! Also super weird to not get any cover on the duvet, or top flat sheet on bed. Made us feel super unclean as you had to sleep directly under the unwashed used duvet inner... I asked for extra sheets and was denied. We luckily had sleeping liners, so it was manageable.
Location: It is not in town, but the area is super friendly with great local restaurants. 5min tuktuk from Pub St (US$1). The room was big, air con and mini fridge worked well.

The owner is helpful. help to prepare tour for me. TukTuk driver was good, Mr Phall can speak English well. The room is big and comfortable. Quiet place and market next to the hotel, easy to find local food. Helpful staff. Will stay next visit.
