Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

We loved the garden view bungalows! The bed was comfy, we loved that we had our own little terrace! The garden was super nice, and it offered shade and good weather in the big heat!

What a great stay the rooms were lovely and quiet, big and no mould which is always a risk in South east Asia. The staff were so lovely and sweet and really accommodated where they could. The windows were a bit dirty when I arrived, I asked them to be cleaned and the staff were on it straight away and with a genuine smile. The owner was great, amazing communication, super sweet and helpful. Well furnished even though The furniture was old and a little worn but it all worked well ,and expected for the price. Would recommend and stay again.

United KingdomIf you are looking to be in the thick of the action, this may not be for you.
The bungalow was of a good size for both solo/couple with a decent kitchen/bathroom. The bed was comfy, and overall, I liked the garden outside that gave it a tropical feel. The staff were great and topped me up with coffee/water whenever I needed it. The location is out of the main town, so it's really quiet. However, it's closer to the Angkor Wat complex and only 15 mins walk to a good selection of restaurants. It was great value for the price.

GeorgiaWe stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The hosts are very kind and polite. The bungalow is located quite far from the city life but not too far. There are places to eat around and it is also located close to Angkor.

AustraliaReception was mostly unmanned during our stay. There was a slight 'drains' smell in one of our rooms.
Excellent location. Short Tuk Tuk ride into Siem Reap. The bungalows were clean, comfy and quiet. The gentleman who worked there bought us extra water, extra toilet roll and anything we needed. The online communications were extremely quick and helpful.

BeninIt would be interesting to have a pool and a restaurant on-site. These additions would enhance the overall experience and provide even more convenience for guests.
I recently stayed at Daisy Angkor Bungalow in Cambodia, and I can only recommend this wonderful place. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by an extremely friendly and helpful staff, who truly contributed to making my stay unforgettable. The setting is simply stunning: a peaceful haven where natural beauty blends with a calming atmosphere. The bungalows are well-maintained and provide the perfect comfort for relaxing after a day of exploration. Each morning, I enjoyed a tranquil environment, ideal for recharging. The location is also perfect for discovering the wonders of Cambodia while offering a peaceful refuge away from the hustle and bustle. In short, my experience at Daisy Angkor Bungalow was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in the heart of Cambodia. You won’t be disappointed!

CanadaMy room wasn't actually a bungalow, but more of a hotel room with a patio area, so it was a little different than what I had pictured, but I would still stay here again, as it was very comfortable, and provided everything that I needed.
The owners of this hotel are very kind. It is a bit outside of the main city, so it was quiet at night, but it was not so far away that it was inconvenient. The room was large, and very comfortable. The air conditioner was fantastic, and the room had a fan as well. The shower had amazing water pressure, and the floor dried really quickly!

Very clean and beautiful place. Separate large houses with big verandas and big space between them. Feeling you are living in a well taken care of garden. Mr. Vong is very friendly and is always available to assist you on any need. The owner is also very friendly and available on whatsapp. There are 2 large parking areas. In front of the reception and inside behind the gate. The hotel in on the main road of Siam Reap. Just maximum 2 mins straight without any turn driving directly from the Pub Street and old market (a place where all clubs are). For less than 1$ you can get a tuk tuk to Pub street or back to hotel at night. Which makes it perfect location very near to all the buzz and not inside it so it’s very quiet and private inside. There are two 24-hour shops within 5 mins walk from the hotel: 7-eleven in one direction and Asia market in the other. There is a local restaurant 30 meters away just around the corner.

CambodiaDaisy Angkor is the best place for people who like serenity and natural environment. All bunglows are beautifully decorated with woodwork. It has clean bathroom with all amenities, fridge and big Cupboard to keep clothes and other items. Staff is friendly and respectful. Outside greenery around bunglows is mesmerizing.

CambodiaCloset wasn't well checked before guests check in. Some cooking materials weren't in good hygiene. No one used for a long time and apparently didn't get cleaned frequently.
Converted a local's rental room into a bungalow was a smart idea. All the cooking materials were set. Quiet locations and big parking space.

Unless you want to stay in the inner city this is absolutely the best place to stay in Siem Reap. Nice and quiet after the noise of the entertainment area. The staff is very friendly and the bungalows are nice, some of them are brand new. We could use the bicycles of the resort for free. I will be back here for sure!
