Our stay was made perfect by the staff but an inconvenience was noticed. The pool villa was filthy when we arrived, green, because the engine was off. It took the pool water 3days to be completely clear. Considering the price and standing of the establishment that was a disappointment.

Villas are very cosy and well put. During our stay the villa were always clean, staff extra careful and helpful. Common pool area is relaxing and the boat ride to the city was really helpful.

1. Aircons (both in the room and in the restaurant) cannot handle extreme heat (37-40 degrees). Quite cool at night though. 2. Bass and music somewhere nearby is disturbing. They stop at 11 pm sharp, but till then it is annoying.

1. Villas are spacious, well equipped, nicely designed, Villa pool is of a right size, located in a clean and cozy small garden. 2. Trained and helpful staff. Everyone in the team is accommodating and friendly. 3. Food quality and variety are great, and it is delicious.

Wow! I have never stayed anywhere so beautiful in my life. We were truly blown away by our stay, which was made so special by all of the staff. I booked this as a birthday surprise for my partner. From the beginning, the communication was excellent in organising this surprise with Sebea. On arrival, we were greeted with cold towels and juice. Taken to our room, my partner was surprised with the bed decorations, cake, champagne, and even our favourite song playing in the background. It was amazing, as soon as the staff left the room we decided we needed to book an extra night!! Bunrong was an amazing host and made sure everything was going well and we got to do enjoy all Kampot & Amber had to offer. We also had great chats and communication with Chantra - thank you! That evening, I had booked us the Destination Dining - Khmer Menu. If you are looking for something to celebrate a special occasion, this is it! Such a beautiful romantic set up candle lit on the waterfront, the service by Monita was incredible, and the food all so delicious. The next morning, we decided we wanted to go for a bike ride. We were guided by Lundy through the island, exploring rice and salt fields, and a local arts centre. Without him we most certainly would have got lost! It was the perfect activity. Staff also helped us with water taxis to the main town, delicious cocktails, and throughout the stay we were constantly spoiled with treats, room clean ups, fresh towels and the most helpful staff. Our pool and the main pool were both so amazing we spent hours in here. Breakfast was delicious and we even had it floating in our pool on the second day. We could honestly go on and on. Thank you so much for having us!!! 10/10, 5 stars
