Check-in procedure was unusual and we ended up waiting 40 minutes for someone to help us, booking.com didn’t show that a $9 cleaning fee was included so that was an added cost when we arrived - not the apartment owner’s fault but should be rectified with booking.com, mugs in room were unclean

Comfortable, had a great sleep in the bed, pool looked nice but the weather was unfortunately not on our side the day we arrived so didn’t get to make use of it, room felt clean and tidy. The neighbours were respectful and it was a nice quiet place to stay.

There is nothing to do in the area, the city is full is abandoned buildings everywhere, so it feels a bit weird. There are not enough utensils to cook or use the kitchen (which is a shame), they could perfectly provide basic things. The bed was not perfectly clean.

The infinity is insane, wonderful feel and views from there. Totally worth it to spend a couple of days just for the experience of the rooftop. The room also is new-built and modern. The woman from reception is very nice.

They took 5 hours to bring my change out of $100usd for payment of the 2 night stay (approximately $55usd).

Don't know if it's the color of the bedding but it just looks dirty. There were stains on the sheets. The bed was hard and one flat pillow was not ideal. There were other people belongings in the apartment which made you wonder if it had been cleaned. The rooftop bar was not open

The pool and view were amazing. Balcony with ashtray was convenient. We were given 4 towels for the 4 of us on arrival. We found plenty of shops and restaurants within 5 min walk, plenty of convenient stores too.

There could be a couple of bowls/small plates in the kitchen as well as some more cutlery, knives and teaspoons. The cutlery and crockery is minimal. Perhaps a microwave would be handy to reheat food since there are no restaurants in the nearby vicinity, I would have appreciated 2 towels and a floor mat for the bathroom.

I booked a studio apartment but was upgraded to a lovely one bedroom apartment. The sea view from the balcony was more expansive. The staff arrived promptly on my arrival to hand me the key and kindly allowed me on check-out to vacate one hour later, fitting in better with my departure time. The infinity swimming pool on the 22nd floor has the most amazing views out to the islands especially at sunset.

The towels in our room were either not washed properly or smelled like they’d been forgotten wet in the washing machine for a few days. Since they were rolled up nicely on the bed, we didn’t notice until later. We're not super picky, but things like this should definitely be checked more carefully, especially in this price category.

We stayed here for one night after missing the last ferry to Koh Rong Island. Overall, the experience was nice. The highlight was definitely the rooftop pool – it’s big and has a great view, perfect for a quick dip and to relax. The restaurant was also a pleasant surprise, with tasty food and great drinks. The room was nice and spacious, and the location is super convenient if you're catching the ferry.

It has great facilities. The staff were great, it is just that you need to be careful with the hidden & sneaky aditional pricing that the management/owner put as a cleaning cost (additional $9). It caught us off guard as they add the additional cost after Booking.com put their final price. So my final price according to Booking.com was $34.02 but i eventually paid $34.02+$9 = $43. I would have choosen it anyway, but it is just I felt tricked. If they had been straightforward from the beginning and putting $43, then it is more fair for us choose between our options. If we book directly it cost us $40. So my conclusions are: 1.The owner try to recompensate his profit shares which probably has been/will be taken away by Booking.com. So by doing so, he will get an additional $9 which will not be taxed or deducted by Booking.com. 2.The owner try to give an illusion of "cheaper" options (compare to other places) but eventually charge the actual price. We like the place n their staff, it is just we felt tricked. But for future booking we would sfill consider their place but after adding a few dollars on top of the shown prices. Which is the actual price.

The room was not as described on booking.com. No wardrobes or anywhere to put clothes, no tv or facilities for self catering. Stained towels and shower room dirty from previous occupants. Are around building like a bomb had just exploded. No tea/coffee/water replenishment. Difficult for Grab to find property. Positive we left early. Goodbye.

The pool/bar was great once it was opened on our last day.

Poor amount of cookware and kitchen equipment. 2 small cups only, 2 forks a small saucepan and 2 small plastic plates and a small kitchen knife No toaster, no microwave, no oven or hob. No glassware. No teatowels, no spoons Pool bar wasn’t open, being refurbished, no parasols.

We were pretty bound to the 1500h check in although we had arranged previously. Sihanoukville is generally a half built city and it is in a transition stage

The rooms are spacious and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the city and ocean to the islands. Location is good to the marts and local shops with only a short walk to the mall. Basically it is in the heart of some good little places to grab a drink and food or food for your room. The rooftop pool is amazing with sound views and being so clean, it’s so nice to swim in at any time of the day. The beds are comfortable, the room is well equipped and overall it’s a great little condo for your own accommodation. Overall, not bad at all and being central to some good stores, markets and the mall, plus being close to the port, you should really consider here if you’re coming in or out of the islands/airport

Very long wait for check in. Roads not finished nearby so difficult to access. Nothing nearby in walking distance. Be aware of the additional cleaning fee in addition to booking fee. It’s only mentioned after booking!
