We have stayed at the Plaza twice. The most recent stay the room was larger and much more comfortable. This hotel is in a great location to access tourist spots, restaurants, and our car rental company location. It has a basement pool, and provides very nice breakfasts.

The room itself was good, but it was very stuffy inside and the air conditioner did not work well. It was also noisy, which made it impossible to sleep at night. Therefore, I had to turn off the air conditioner during the night, but then the air became very lacking.

They were very stingy with the towels only one per person even though I asked for more towels. I had to ask for coat hangers. They never took away the dirty cups and glasses unless I put them outside the room. The room was hot (I know it was very hot outside) but there was no way to turn the aircon down. The room was not very soundproof, and one could hear the neighbours coming, going and coughing. Also, there was NO TV. Apparently, you had to subscribe to a service but since it was in Russian we had no clue.

The room was a good size, the decor was a little old fashioned. The breakfasts were great, a lot of variety of foods to choose from. The fruit in particular was amazing and I enjoyed pastries for breakfast. The bed was comfortable, and the room was made up early in the day.

When we first arrived, they were having issues with electricity and were running off a generator, which wasn't really their fault. Because of this, the air conditioning wasn't the coldest in the room, but it was working some. Also, we didn't have hot water for showers at first. Later that evening the electricity came back to normal, so ultimately it wasn't a big problem. While the breakfast buffet was good, they had no espresso machine, which is pretty standard in all other hotels of this price range in Bishkek. Not a terrible inconvenience, but it was a little disappointing when other hotels of the same price or even cheaper offer espresso drinks. The pillows were on the hard side, not the most comfortable for me, but they weren't too bad. Overall, good stay.

Very nice stay in the center of Bishkek. Our room was very spacious, cozy and clean. The beds were quite comfortable, which is actually hard to find in Kyrgyzstan. We've stayed at countless hotels and most are very uncomfortable, but these beds were quite nice. The breakfast buffet was nice and had a good selection of food. Staff was also kind and helpful. Parking was also easy, right in front of the hotel. I would be happy to stay here again.

There was not good internet connection at the 1st day of my stay within the hotel, but after speaking with staff, the issue was sorted out.

Absense of normal light in the bathroom. The mirror for make up is mounted so high that it seems more for men.

The air conditioning in the room didn’t really work and it was very hot in the room. Also, the second day, the water didn’t get hot in the shower.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to all the major downtown attractions. Beautiful interior, good breakfast, helpful staff.

Cold water in the pool - needs to be 27-28 degrees to be relaxing. The sauna was not kept dry - it's challwnging, but it was resolved in other hotels I was staying. The wifi in the public spaces was excellent, but was too weak to work in the room. Perhaps, if it cannot be made stronger in the room, provide work corners at each floor with a desk, a chair, and a power plague.

Welcoming and super-helpful staff, the room was kept super-clean, and the breakfast was very good. The location is c9nvenient.

The wifi connection did not work well in the room - one had to go to the common areas to connect properly. There is no business centre in the hotel. One of the highlights is the swimming pool. However, it is used by many guests to bath right after coming out from the sauna without showering first, and if you are not lucky, on a week-end you may find a group of guest just partying loudly in the pool area.

The room is bright and very comfortable. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, very green and well connected to airport and city centre; one of the best locations in Bishkek. The room is equipped with a kettle and a spacious mini-fridge. Breakfast is varied.
