UgandaOn the first day, the hotel provided a very hard pillow that made me question the quality of their service. However when I requested for a softer pillow the following day it was provided. I didn't like the PVC material use as a mattress protector. There is a need for a softer and client friendly material.
My stay at the hotel was good and it was within a walking distance from PrideInn Paradise Hotel where I was attending a conference. The staff were very courteous as they attended to most of my requests.

BrazilIt is very close to the beach, but no access to it. You have to walk a long distance. Maybe they could negotiate with the restaurant next door to use their stairs to the beach.
Very good room and pool. Best value in the region. I stayed also in next door PrimeInn, and the rooms at Pavilion are better for a fraction of the price.

I was able to have the third floor, which had a beautiful view towards the ocean. The best view other than the roof. It was quiet and not many people seemed to have stayed there at the time, which was perfect. Not to mention the amazing cooks and the great selection of food item choices.
