Everything ! Staff were professional and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was incredible. The accommodation was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The drives into Nairobi National Park were exceptional. Special mention to Washington, our guide, who was so knowledgeable and a wonderful human being !

If I had to mention one small thing, I would have loved to see more traditional Kenyan dishes on the menu. Everything we tried was excellent, but adding some local specialties would make the experience even more authentic.

We stayed at Ololo Lodge for two days, and it was absolutely amazing! The lodge is located right inside the Nairobi National Park, which makes it a truly unique experience — breathtaking views, a wonderful atmosphere, and stunning nature all around. The food was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful in every way. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, which made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, with comfortable pillows and mattresses, ensuring a perfect rest. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend Ololo Lodge to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable stay. It was a short visit, but it was truly perfect!

WiFi was a bit spotty at times but not a big concern.

Lovely location "inside" Nairobi National Park. Rooms are beautifully appointed and communal areas are gorgeous too. The staff are very friendly and accommodating! Shout out to James, Susan, Ibrahim, Nancy (massage therapist) and the gift shop employee. They grow much of their produce and also have dairy cows, egg laying hens, pigs, goats, and rabbits. We saw many animals on our game drives - white rhinos, black rhinos, serval cats, giraffes, lions, etc. We very much enjoyed our stay and would return.

No kettle . It was a cold n rainy day. A kettle would have helped with that. Might not be always in a position to call for help when staying with a toddler.

Everything about the place. Fabulous tent. Beautiful surroundings,farm to table food. Special safari snacks n wine . Friendly staff . Sad that we couldn't stay longer.

Calm, beautiful place with very kind, welcoming team. Great hosts! The kitchen never stops and the team were always there to help us with a coffee, wine or beer. The options of safaris were amazing, and the knowledge and explanations by our guides Washington and Ibrahim made it a true difference.

A magical stay to end our vacation, a truly wonderful stay and experience, the staff are attentive and knowledgeable, the farm to fork food is delicious and the location is stunning. From cheeky monkeys on the lawn to lions walking along the track (and all the animals in-between) our stay offered a very comfortable convenient safari experience, special thanks to Sue and Washington.

Unfortunately it’s about the guests. Some unattended young kids shouting and jumping to pool while can’t swim or “I am the most important business man in the world” and non-stop on calls at pool. Staff should pay more attention to secure relaxation and kindly warn these people to pay attention to other guests.

Unfortunately there was a room booking issue, the room I had booked for two nights wasn’t available on my first night - however the staff handled this within a few hours and I was upgraded for one night. The WiFi in the stable rooms isn’t great so could only use WiFi in the meals area/ by the pool - good excuse to switch off. No safe in the rooms was a shame as I was conscious of having to have my valuables on me - but there is an option to leave your things at reception safe. Being under the flight path is no joke, it was very loud - but the earplugs they provide are great. Overall: minor things that didn’t affect my experience, and I cannot wait to go back!

The staff were incredible and so accommodating, they ensured my stay was exceptional. The food was out of this world - I’d recommend Ololo for the food alone! The space on the lodge is perfect, if you’re seeking some quiet time in nature; go lay in the hammock amongst the trees, if you’re seeking some social time; hang by the pool, and if you’re after the animal adventure, it’s all at your finger tips. I can’t recommend Ololo enough. It was the perfect end to my 3-month holiday throughout Southern and Eastern Africa.
