1. The accommodation started out poorly, but then I got a room that I was happy with. 2. We were supposed to be a couple, but my friend wasn't feeling well, so I had to be alone... 3. Yesterday there was no hot water until 3 o'clock and the phone didn't work. 4. Despite reporting to you, there are still frogs in the toilet, and I had to use the public restroom yesterday.

The staff was courteous and willing to help.

Restaurant as it was so quiet,no atmospheric music, just the sound of cutlery hitting plates and voices. No bat snacks to have in the afternoon it felt like you had to pay for everg little thing even though we paid triple the price of place previously stayed which was all inclusive

The beach wasn’t very nice, but the resort was within very close proximity to it, which was nice.

It has 2 pools available for resort guests and they were very nice. Very relaxing backdrop of the sand dunes in the background. Very manicured lawns and facilities. Breakfast was good. It was a buffet style. Some of the items listed in the menu were not readily available.

The beach water is brown because it's at the mouth of a river so swimming wasn't possible.

Beach too far. Almost too far to walk though we were on the coastline. Great hotel, but if you ask me, it shouldn't cost the same as places like Swahili beach. So technically great, but not worth it.

Great place. Rooms are huge. Pools are meeh but the one by the bar is nicer. I loved the bed, and my huge room!!!

Despite being the more or less only paying guests, we felt a bit neglected at times,waiting really long for orders. The reception also seems not really up to the mark, a number of times we got conflicting information and they almost messed up our pre-organised special Valentine's - in the end it worked out super well though😉

The room we stayed was fantastic. Spacious, huge comfy bed, nice bathroom and the housekeeping are doing a great job keeping it Mosquito and Bug free, the terrace was really nice. Pool and Poolbar very nice Staff is very friendly, though lacking some professionalism. We were more or less the only guests apart from a company's teambuilding. The SPA area is really nice, perfect place to bridge time between check out and departure. Special call out to Patrick who made our Valentine's a special one, Festus who was always there to clean up other waiters' mess, Mzungu who made sure we got our special requests at the Poolbar and Linda from the SPA!!

The Internet connection was pretty bad in the whole resort. In the Suite as well as at the pool. But that was a minor issue.

We had an awesome time. The Resort is a beautiful stay in a beautiful place. The employees do such a perfect job, from the cleaners to the gardeners and the waiters. Lucky for us, we have had the whole Resort almost for us alone. And we loved every second. The Suite we had was extremely spacious and the well equipped. The bathroom was large, the bed a dream and the fridge a great help. The Resort is at the calm end of the beach, and it’s a 5min walk from the pool to the sea. But a wonderful walk through sand dunes. We enjoyed it a lot!

A wonderful place in a garden with private villas. Meticulous service and an excellent restaurant. Very kind staff, and the manager Maureen is very helpful. Beautiful excursions organized by the hotel. A very lovely spa.

I loved the bacon and my Spanish omelet. Everything presented was delicious! I liked the variety of pastries, fruits, cheese , name it. The food was always fresh. The rooms were spacious and extremely private. The housekeeping team came by in the evening to draw the curtains and spray the rooms to keep mosquitoes away ( not that there were any) I also enjoyed the walks on the beach.

sea was a bit far. Hotel is near by the beach but not near by the sea, it’s across to the sea. Unfortunately, walking from the beach to the sea does not make you feel safe due to the “local beach boys” and sellers.

Room was very nice; big and clean. The garden’s landscape of the hotel was very good and tidy.
