The place was unusually crowded. No available beach or pool chairs any day we were there. The food was interesting though there was a variety. I got stomach issues on day 3 which seemed to be from food. The bed was comfortable but it was so high i needed a chair to get up! Comical situation for a woman of a certain age.

Would be nice to have an a Lancaster restaurant and not just buffet everyday. The gym needs improvement. Not enough equipment. Weights and a treadmill would be good additions.

While the food is basic, there's no shortage of excellent dining options nearby, so you can easily treat yourself at another restaurant if you're in the mood for something different.

Overall, this hotel offers a great value for money. The place is professionally managed, something that's hard to come by along the coast in Kenya. The facilities are well maintained, highlighted by a large pool set amidst beautiful gardens—truly the perfect spot to unwind. The staff is wonderful, adding to the overall positive experience. Even during the high season, you never feel crowded, which adds to the overall enjoyable experience.

The only downside is the lack of an a la carte menu. While the food included in the all-inclusive package is decent, it is quite basic. However, you can visit restaurants in neighboring hotels to order additional dishes to suit your tastes.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which offered excellent value for money and a comfortable experience. It’s a great option for a trip, especially for those looking for a clean and well-maintained place with responsive staff and plenty of amenities.

The hotel definitely met our expectations, however we feel that with some slight adjustments it could be even better. For example, having spoken to the front desk we were advised of limited slots for massages throughout our stay, however after speaking to the masseuses we learned there to be more widely available slots than when we were first informed. Although not a great focus for ourselves as we were keen to relax, the animation team could have been more visible and social with the guests, as is the case at other all inclusive resorts we have stayed. The evening entertainment was fairly limited and we felt this could be improved (note: we only stayed for 3 days, therefore our take on this may be limited). Lastly, although stunning on our last day, the beach at times did have a fair amount of seaweed due to the weather on our first day. If it could have been cleaned up at all it would have made the beach and sea even more beautiful for our whole stay.

A key factor in our decision to stay here was the beautiful beach that backs onto the hotel grounds, and it did not disappoint! There were plenty of sun loungers by the beach, a beach bar close by, and well maintained toilets. The grounds were also very well maintained. Our room was a great size, with everything we could need for our stay at the hotel including beach towels and a beach bag. The food at the hotel was plentiful with lots of options for differing tastes. The all-inclusive drinks menu was good with plenty of options available. I had two deep pressure massages with Judith & Millie during our stay which were amazing - some of the best massages I have ever had which relieved pain for days! I would definitely recommend this during your stay if you are interested. We found the staff to be attentive and helpful. We would like to note a big thank you to Changawa Masha who was very professional and really looked after us during our stay.

The restaurant was very dirty, lots of flies on the food. Very unclean The breakfast was identical every single day And the queues in the eve for simple things like salad were ridiculous. It was a buffet but many items were served eg: salad and fresh fruit Highly recommend the location but can not recommend this hotel

Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were amazing and Friendly. The resort was clean and tidy. There was security everywhere, including on the beach so we didn’t get hassled by people seeking stuff which is known issue elsewhere. Food was buffet style but they cooked a number of elements to order which was unexpected. Child and adult activities and entertainment provided.

The flies are in control. No efforts were made to keep them off the food. The towels are aged and not smelling fresh. There is a lack of communication between front desk and staff. I paid for late checkout but still TWO staff members came knocking on my door to “help me leave”. Very poor service there. Especially after I paid the exorbitant fee requested of me AND had the “Do Not Disturb “ sign on the door. The staff should have been informed.

THE STAFF is the highlight of this trip. They were knowledgeable about their culture and eager to share. Everyone smiled easily and appeared to enjoy their jobs! The team captains were thoughtful and adjusted daily to simple yet unpredictable things such as the weather. How flexible!!!! The karaoke entertainers were talented and definitely knew how to play to their audience’s background. Special shout out to David who served in the main dining hall-I looked forward to seeing him and others daily. Also special shout out to the bartenders at the pool bar. You knew exactly what I needed! Special shoutout to the gentleman who checked me in. I forgot his name but I particularly remember thinking how calm and thorough he was with me as he explained the resort’s routines and schedules to me. Really…I could gooooo onnnnnn about the staff!!!! I remember every face, forgive me if I forgot names. Also…sorry about missing the volleyball game, Kelvin! Blame the bartenders!

1. When I arrived did not get the room I had booked. 2. The room cleaning services was not punctual as we had to ask everytime for the room to be cleaned. 3. The snacks for 4 pm tea are sweets only and not suitable for someone diabetic 4. Filling of water bottles and refregirator was not as promised

The location on the beach and the food was great. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The deep tissue massage was one of its kind. The beaches are excellent and very clean. I could even take walks on the white sand beaches.

The pillows were very hard, but the bed itself comfortable. The weed on the beach outside the hotel should be cleaned - this is not the best part of Diani.

The hotel has lovely grounds and is very well kept. The food is very good and plentiful.
