The bathroom in the rooms needs to be renovated and a smell came from the bathroom. The room also needs renovating, need to change the use of old-fashioned keys to open the door also the balcony doors did not close in my room. Also, the hotel would benefit from changing or cleaning the air conditioner for better air ventilation

I liked that the staff were friendly and nice. It was also nice to relax at the pool and the glass boat crew was nice. The food was ok, maybe a few more options would be nice.

The bathrooms are so old the taps are breaking and rusty . The plastic wine glasses given by the pool are so old and scratched, the entertainment is still lacking

No prior information on website that the spa facilities were closed for refurbishment, however I was delighted to find such lovely massage ladies just outside the gates to hotel and so was pleased to support them

The bathroom is abit outdated. The beds are also quite high and squeak alot and not idle for a comfortable relaxing evening.

Evrything. Its well situated and quiet. Food is also very good. I was given a Room right at the beach front and that always makes my stay worthwhile and enjoyable. Esther the Receptionist is also always very friendly and helpful.

The Rusty bathroom knobs, beddings and towels.

The Staff were exceptional, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and cater to all our needs. Kudos to the reservation team and the attentive waitstaff. While there were some rusty bath knobs and bedding/towel issues, the facility itself is beautiful, with ample, clean swimming pools and stunning surroundings and amazing food. The sea view from the hotel was simply breathtaking

Unbeatable deal with all included even the alcoholic drinks. Good quality food as well! Also is near great restaurants, bars, the Marina Park and 10 minutes away in car from a malls. Also very helpful, they gave me a complementary late checkout. Thanks

We did not get what we paid for, the air conditioning, TV and WiFi did not work in the room. The bathroom door did not close. Embarrassing as sharing a room with my son. Only one chair on the balcony and in the room. No hangers. The fridge was not on for when we arrived. Asked to change room but fully booked, saw two families sent to an inferior, cheaper hotel as no rooms for them although booked far in advance. They returned, I don’t know what happened next. Asked to speak to the manager, no one available as the weekend. Asked for a refund, again no one available before we left.

The outside area was great, enjoyed both pools, clean and good size. Food was plentiful and varied. Room and toilets very clean.

The bathroom for the room that I was allocated (358) was in a bad state i.e., the shower head and other metals within the bathroom are rusty and had crystalized substances on the metal heads that looked gross.

The allocated hotel room was of good size and the breakfast and dinner offerings were comprehensive with a wide selection of meals. The food was fresh and the staff at the reception and restaurant were professional and friendly.

The location is not bad however it is veey notable that the hotek is not putting back investment into the facilities. The location is tired, none of the channels wheee clear or even viewable. The pool closes at 6pm. Who closes a pool to guests!

Rooms OK but corridors and stairways not to same standard as front and very dated. Although asked for a quiet room on booking, placed above pool and music. If you are British will understand comment - reminiscent of 'Benidorm'... not the place.

On entry, frontage of hotel very impressive. Changed room on request when too noisy.
