Great location close to the airport, security is excellent. We stayed here twice before & after our Safari to the Maasai. The hotel kept our bags for our return. Staff cannot do enough for you. Bars, restaurants, gym & pool areas are great. Rooms are very well appointed.

Only complaint was our bell boy who bought up our luggage we had explained that we had no currency to give him & if he was there the next day we would visit an atm z& track him down to tip him. As he was not working the next day he just walked out without even bothering say goodbye just turned around & walked out & didn’t even bother to close the door. Every other staff member we nothing but courteous & a pleasure to deal with.

We loved this hotel it was a great hotel. The facilities were excellent- bars inside, around the pool great for relaxing. Rooms were very well appointed. It was quiet & had a well equipped gym. We would definitely recommend a stay here also very secure.

Tried to charge a $50 additional fee for having my husband with me on a booking for a double room on bed only. However they did void the charge when I complained. Food at restaurant is good but the buffet is expensive (35usd for lunch)

The location was very convenient for our overnight stay. And the hotel offered a free collection from the SGR train station and also to the airport. Beds very comfy, lovely shower.

Foldaway bed is a bit hard, but honestly cannot complain, this place is great.

Very attentive staff who go the extra mile to help their guests. Would definitely recommend and will be staying again. Breakfast was excellent too, and airport shuttle is convenient - they have a list of all the guests coming to make sure they dont miss anyone arriving at JKIA.

I had booked a triple room but had to wait a while before the third bed arrived. Not a big problem but would have been nice to have had the bed in the room already as it was late and we had just come off a long flight with an early start next morning.

Perfect for a night’s stay near Nairobi international airport. We arrived late in the evening and the shuttle bus was waiting for us. Hotel was modern with a spacious room. Buffet breakfast had a good choice. Would definitely stay again in the future.

Strangely, all room numbers are prefixed with a 8, which send new arrivals searching for the 8th floor. The property has only six floors, and the second digit of the room number is actually the floor number.

The complementary airport shuttle was very unreliable. I waited for 20 min past the scheduled time at the airport for the shuttle and ended up taking a taxi instead. On the way back, the shuttle was also 30 min late. Quite disappointing for an otherwise quite good hotel
