The hotel is very well located on the riverside offering a very nice view of Hiroshima. We especially appreciated the kindness and responsiveness of the staff in returning my daughter's tablet left in their room via Yamato. Thanks you. Having dietary restrictions, I had doubts about breakfast, but it is varied with lots of choices.

It was a great stay. Staff always helpful and smiling. Room spacious and clean. Bed comflrtable. The hotel is about 7 mins walk from train station and close to public transport.

The only thing I would say is that I could smell cigarette smoke. It could have been that the hotel used to have smoking or perhaps someone before had smoked in the room. This is the only reason I didn't give the hotel a 10.

Close to Hiroshima Station. Very clean. Beautiful view. Staff was very nice. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great setup. Loved the jammies too. Thank you! I would come again.

Room was small but manageable for 2 people without too much luggage. Get a larger room if you can. Ask for river side view when booking.

Lovely location. Close to the station and tram lines. Wide variety at breakfast (including many fish options - perfect if you can't eat pork). Staff were friendly and helpful.

The standard rooms are very small - We were quite late booking and this was all I could get - but from having seen other rooms - I would definitely recommend that you upgrade to better than standard. They are very tight - average / small double bed and no where to leave your cases (if you have large cases and you're travelling) shower was good / as expected.

This hotel is in a great location - 5 minute walk from the station - it is on the riverside and the view is beautiful. Staff are great - Hotel is very basic and didn't feel like a 4* . The breakfast was good value - you just order and pay on the day for who ever is having it.

The hotel is very modern and clean. The staff were very helpful and kept my luggage for the day on departure without cost. They also visited my room to sort out queries with the TV - such great service ✅ I would recommend them highly as a place to stay In Hiroshima 😂

I only missed a washing machine with coins. All the other hotels where I stayed had one and it was truly helpful. However, there is one at 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, 10 min walk from the train station. Very helpful staff. Clean and confortable. Nice room with view over the city.

The size of the room was a little bit small.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were highly professional, polite, spoke English and were always friendly and helpful. The young lady at check-in was especially impressive—very competent and efficient. Our room on the 7th floor was beautifully designed with a stunning view of the river, and the location near Hiroshima Station was perfect. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hiroshima.

The rooms are tiny, barely larger than the size of the bed.

The room was spotless and had a beautiful river view, and was very conveniently located to the train station. Staff was very responsive. The on-site breakfast was delicious.

First time in this hotel in Hiroshima and everything was awesome! The room was comfarble, good location to go anywhere and the breakfast was great. Price/Quality 100% accurate I'd have loved to stay more days there!
