Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNot a tourist hotel, don’t stay here if you’re tourist. It’s more for traveling business men or contractors the hotel is in the middle of a industrial estate and is not great for tourist.
Hotel was ok there is a aquarium close to it if your a tourist who has stayed here by accident also the restaurant was great with some nice beef

CanadaReally expensive for an older hotel but it's huge. The bathroom is small.
The nearest train station is about five minutes away by walking. The staff are very nice and welcoming. A night gown was provided with daily replacements. The bed is comfortable. Views are great from the higher floors. Restaurants and cafes inside the hotel. Drink vending machines on every floor.

SwitzerlandThere is no restaurants or shops around the hotel. It didn’t bother me personally at all as I knew it. For those who do not know the area very well might be disappointing, though there is a restaurant in the hotel that seems to be a good choice.
The hotel is dated but the bed was big and very comfy. You have everything what you need. Value for money. We had a beautiful ocean view.

United Statesthere was no food places around the area.. the location is pretty bad in that sense.. I mean there really isnt anything in that area at all..
The bed was comfy, price is good for what you get. but, LOCATION is really bad.. its practically in the middle of nowhere... closest convenience store is 15-20mins walk away.. and theres no other food places around the area other than the ones inside the hotel and its closed by 8pm so if you're arriving here after 8pm you definitely need to drop by either a convenience store before hand or eat somewhere else before arriving here.

JapanThe robes were dirty; there were black stains on the front of the folded robes on the bed that the housekeepers certainly should have noticed. The wall paper was peeling and it just had a feeling of being run down. The hotel is HUGE and was mostly empty, which is why it's surprising that they didn't put us in a better room. The front desk people couldn't speak English at all, which is surprising for such a large hotel in a cosmopolitan city. Fortunately I speak Japanese, but I think it would be very difficult for any foreign tourists. The rates are moderately high, so I expected better.
The view is pretty good; it wasn't crowded, but I think I know why.
