It has private bath. Staff is very nice. Good value among the area.

very clean room. very thoughtful services. like the gift socks and towels provided by hotel. staffs are very nice and willing to help. hotel is beside a very beautiful stream and a walking path.

Communication with staffs would be more easier if their english were better. The only thing bothered me was that they don’t have curtains in room, the window roller shade is not big enough. Bright light comes into the room at about 4:30 in the early morning.

The service was excellent. The team were very helpful and insisted on helping take our luggage. They also helped guide us into the car park and answered any questions we had with a smile. Our view of the cherry blossoms was also amazing. We especially loved the private couples onsen. Would stay here again :)

Great Hotel in Ito! Highlight is the Onsen, private or public; great experience. Furthermore the service is excellence!

Amazing experience when you want to get out of the hectic urban life of Tokyo. Everyone is super kind and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.

Onsen, great friendly courteous staff, room was maintained clean and refreshed daily, nice tea and cookies, the kimono and indoor/outdoor clothes were fun to use

A little far from town and the stores in the Ginza were closed.

Staff were incredibly polite and pleasant. We felt so well-taken care of during our whole trip. It rained quite a bit and they were attentive in ensuring we had umbrellas to get around. Ito Yukitei also wasn't swamped with tourists when we were there. :) Onsen was not crowded too.

Our room's window faced the morning sun, and when we stayed, the sun rose at 5+am. Whilst the room had awesome blackout blinds, sunlight did get in through the gaps and we woke up a little earlier than we wanted to every day. Not a major deal breaker though. :)

Love the private open air bath, just need to book the time slot with front desk. The staff was very helpful and friendly, there’s heavy rain when we arrive, the front desk and concierge came out with towel for us. The room is spacious and very clean, bed soft and comfortable, the view from the room is beautiful.

We booked it specifically for the private onsen, which was really nice. The staff as well. The Japanese style room was also comfortable. Please note that all rooms are smoking rooms. The smell was not very strong and didn't bother us too much.

The smell of smoke in the room took away some of the luxury feeling. Could you make a few non-smoking rooms?

The staff was super friendly and nice! We got to book a private onsen and it was an amazing experience. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very professional and we felt really appreciated as guests.

The foods and staff are wonderful!
