The breakfast was so massive and substantial. Everything was there from Japanese to American and European styles. It was impossible to even taste all of them in one day. However, for the cheese it was limited to some feta, cheddar, and camembert. We wish we had some blue cheese option as well.

Ridiculous for that price and a 5-Star hotel to pay extra in order to use the pool. Shocking! 3 nights in a row noises from above but the hotel did offer us to change the room.

There was a bedside lamp in the room that couldn’t be turned off due to a fault, but fortunately, staff quickly arrived after receiving our call and fixed the problem.

When planning our trip, we came across two very different reviews of the Osaka Westin Hotel. Fortunately, after staying there, our whole family was very impressed with the hotel. I personally would rate it much higher than expected. Some of the hotel's facilities may be a bit dated but are generally well maintained. All the staff were professional, reliable, friendly, and warm, which made things much easier for us, especially since we were traveling with an elderly family member with limited mobility—something we greatly appreciated. The hotel environment and atmosphere strive for perfection. For us, the large room size was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The small garden next to the restaurant left a strong impression on me, and the breakfast pleased both the elderly and children, making it a very important and valuable experience.

Westin is one of our favourite hotels and Westin Osaka did not disappoint. Location was great for us - walking distance to the train station but away from the hustle and bustle of the city in a quiet area with some great, smaller restaurants. Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfortable

We had already stayed two days earlier as part of a group tour. At that time we had the buffet breakfast. The spread was good but had restricted local vegetarian options. No coffee machine and the coffee brought to the table was nothing to write home about

The hotel is situated in the heart of the city right next to the Umeda Sky building. We were given one of the top floor rooms and the night view was just awesome. Rooms are really large and beds super comfy. Love their recyclable metal water bottles.

The breakfast hall looks to be small for the hotel at high seasons. The variety of bread also can be improved.

The rooms were spacious, well-decorated with enough amenities as expected from a 5* hotel. The check-in and check-out processes went really smooth and fast. The staff were always helpful and available. The breakfast was good.

We loved every minute of our stay in the hotel! The rooms are very spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. We had rooms cleaned every day and re-stock of amenities daily. Room service meals were delicious too. Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay.

Gym was free (as Marriott Bonvoy) but was small and limited. Didn’t fancy the restaurants but there were some good alternatives in walking distance of the hotel.

Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. Good location with a regular bus service to/from the station. Room was good size and comfortable. Breakfast was good although the same choices every day! Staff were excellent.

One day the breakfast area was so popular I had to wait. But the wait was worth it because the food was amazing.

By the time I had got out of the taxi, they had already got the bags out and were helping take them to the room. The staff were absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. The stay at the Westing was sensational and the food was also amazing, both the in room service and the breakfast menu.
