ChinaThere was a bedside lamp in the room that couldn’t be turned off due to a fault, but fortunately, staff quickly arrived after receiving our call and fixed the problem.
When planning our trip, we came across two very different reviews of the Osaka Westin Hotel. Fortunately, after staying there, our whole family was very impressed with the hotel. I personally would rate it much higher than expected. Some of the hotel's facilities may be a bit dated but are generally well maintained. All the staff were professional, reliable, friendly, and warm, which made things much easier for us, especially since we were traveling with an elderly family member with limited mobility—something we greatly appreciated. The hotel environment and atmosphere strive for perfection. For us, the large room size was a main reason for choosing this hotel. The small garden next to the restaurant left a strong impression on me, and the breakfast pleased both the elderly and children, making it a very important and valuable experience.

United KingdomWe had already stayed two days earlier as part of a group tour. At that time we had the buffet breakfast. The spread was good but had restricted local vegetarian options. No coffee machine and the coffee brought to the table was nothing to write home about
The hotel is situated in the heart of the city right next to the Umeda Sky building. We were given one of the top floor rooms and the night view was just awesome. Rooms are really large and beds super comfy. Love their recyclable metal water bottles.

By the time I had got out of the taxi, they had already got the bags out and were helping take them to the room. The staff were absolutely amazing and the service was exceptional. The stay at the Westing was sensational and the food was also amazing, both the in room service and the breakfast menu.
