We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The place is very clean, and just as the descriptions. It is easy to reach there from the train station. The place is along the river and can just go out for the Sakura (if u are here in time).

Hong KongPlace is very near 河津えき, it’s easy to find. 店員さん’s follow up is really intimate. The room is so big, new and cleaning is perfect. Have microwave for heating up food. Convenient stores and restaurants nearby. I enjoyed very much the trip in Kawazu.

United StatesNot so much on the property, but the time of year we went. When they say the cherry blossoms bloom in Jan-Feb, they mean it. It was the first week of March and they had all come and gone by that point. So not many cherry blossoms, but the town was dead quiet. It made it very peaceful, even without the cherry blossoms, since there wasn’t a bunch of people around. Especially after coming from Tokyo!
We were blown away by the size of the room, especially being in Japan! It was huge and a full set up with kitchenette, entry way, it was more than what we asked for. The location was perfect, about a 10 min walk from the train station and right on the river with the back patio (yes, there is a little patio that you entry via sliding glass doors) opening right out to the river and cherry blossoms. Everything was very clean and comfortable and very well put together. It was no contact check in and check out, very private and easy to do. We didn’t talk to a soul while we were there and it was very quiet.
