We didnt like that the reception staff wouldn't take laundry out of the machine after the wash was done, meaning we had to wait hours for a machine to be ready.

Location was perfect for what we needed (easy to get the train to Suzuka circuit). Incredible pizza place within walking distance called Tony Tony's.

Size of the room even we have 2 rooms for a family of for there is not enough space to open our suitcases The air con was noisy and blow to much even we adjust the wind. It was always too cold or too hot in the room

Rate during the weekend was quite high.

Location, cleanliness, with family mart on the side. Very accommodating when they allowed us to leave our luggages for a night (we stayed one night prior to this reservation) when we joined a tour and had to come back the following night.

Room was smaller than others we had in JPN. There was almost no space for things,no wardrobe. There was a tiny fridge and no water bottles. Mattress was softer than we like (but that's a preference thing).

Hotel was quick walk from the main Nagoya station. We spoke with 2 receptionists, one did not understand very well English,but the other did and was really nice. I would recommend this hotel for 1 max 2 nights, especially for business trips, not for tourists with large luggage.

The property is walking distance from the railway station with many eating joints in vicinity. The hotel provides all basic amenities inside the room and also has a good paid laundry machine, with display of its status in each room; The staff is very friendly

no USB plug for charging, lack of power slots for charging as well (only have one next to the bed; none on the table). pillow is too soft for me.

Location is great, just 5 mins walk away from nagoya station taiko dori exit. there is family mart at the lobby as well. Room is comfortable with comfy bed, clean toilet & single air con in the room (not central!). Love the amenities given in the lobby as well though it would be great if there are skincare amenities.

Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable,there was a fridge. and all the staff were amazing. Unlimited supplies of coffee, tea,sugar, creamer etc. Family Mart next to the entrance which was very convenient. Only negative was that the room was small ( not unusual in Japan) There were 4 coat hangers on a small rail but nowhere else to put clothes - difficult when you're there a fortnight. This was in a standard double room.

Close to Nagoya station. Room was clean with a large desk. Staff is fine. Price was fair, but it was off season. Despite some defaults, I enjoyed staying there.

The clogged bath tub. It took longer time to drain. So when rinsing the hair and body, the feet is soaked in dirty water.

I like the unli UCC drip coffeee, toothbrush, body towel, and other toiletries. It would be perfect if there are shower cap and cotton/cotton pads.
