There was a lot of dust on the shelves with electric kettles and cups, and it was uncomfortable because there was only one pillow, but when I asked the reception, they provided it.

It is a five-minute walk from Hakata Station, and the hotel streets are quiet. The staff is not fluent in English, but they were very friendly. The room was bigger than I expected and the air conditioning was very cool. It was convenient to have a laundry room, a beverage vending machine, and an ice machine on the second floor. There are 4 convenience stores nearby.

No shower cap provided. This is the 3rd hotel now that doesn’t provide shower cap.

Comfortable bed and sleep. The sound proof is not that great because we can hear people talking on corridor. Very close to Hakata station. The room is clean and has enough space for us. Check in and out was both easy. Good luggage deposit system.

No free mineral water in the room. However, there is a water machine on the second floor and Lawson , Seven-Eleven are nearby.

This hotel is amazing! Beautiful and comfy, the room and bed were huge, way better than other Japanese hotels I've been to (we booked double room). I loved how it's perfect for an introverts person. you can do everything by yourself, but the staff are super helpful if you need them.

The room I stayed in had a window, but it was facing the wall of another building, meaning I didn’t have sunlight at all. But it was fine since I was out all day from early morning and came back at night. I tried having the breakfast once, but I think it’s not really worth the money. Better to search for other places to eat!

The place has all the amenities you need. The single bed room is big enough for one person (the bed is big, but it takes much of the space) and it doesn’t smell, nor the bedding or the towels. The bathroom is impeccable as well. I loved that it was quiet! The place provides free baggage keeping. Also, very kind staff members :)

Excellent location for those who want to be within walking distance of Hakata station. There are many shopping malls nearby and also bus to the international airport. The room is reasonably spacious and is clean and well designed. I like the many lockers downstairs for keeping luggage after checkout. Staff are polite and helpful.

Great location (close to Hakata Station), very clean and the room was a bit larger than other hotels at this price range. Check-in and checkout was very simple, all done through a machine (with multiple languages supported). Reception is actually on the 2nd floor (never seen that before). The hotel also had a restaurant/bar attached to it which seemed busy during the evening but I did not go into it.

If I could give more than 10 rating I would. The staff were wonderful. Location easy from train station. Close to food & other shopping. We didn’t end up needing the car space I’d requested, no hassle at all with the staff. Room as expected regarding size with Japan accommodation. Clean & comfy. I would recommend.

This isn't a complaint because I've had such an outstanding experience at this hotel, but it would be nice if the TVs were equipped with Google TV or YouTube like some of the other hotels I stayed at in Japan.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it looks like they made some updates to the check-in system which is now done through a kiosk, and the addition of lockers to store your luggage after check-out. I love how comfortable the bed is! The pillow is on the firm side, but not enough to be uncomfortable. The bathroom and everything in the room was very clean. The coin laundry worked well. The staff were always kind and helpful. The location can't be beat, it's so close to Hakata station which makes getting to and from the airport so convenient. It's also easy to walk to the next station over. There's a 7-11 nearby as well.

The drying function of the washing machine is not efficient.

Location: close to Hakata Station Staff: very helpful and accommodating with my requests. There are three washing machines (extra cost), detergent and softener are included in the cost. Washing and drying are done in one machine.
