Excellent location right near the station so easy for transit and for food. Excellent value for money from welcoming drinks to the breakfast. Beautiful views of the castle. Could not have asked for more.

This hotel is absolutely excellent — the location, the facilities, and the staff are all amazing. There’s really nothing to complain about. The view of the castle from the bedroom is stunning. The room itself is spacious and includes a nice sitting area. Cleanliness is great, and the price is very reasonable. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. There’s a welcome drink (alcoholic) available until 7:00 PM, and tea and coffee are available until late at night. If you’re coming here, I highly recommend this hotel.

The castle is the best in the entire area after having tried the other hotels. Bed is very comfy and the staff are all very nice and helpful. They have a nice welcome drink service near the front desk after 2:00 p.m. don't forget to try it out. Even though the windows are not large but the position on the entire area of the castle the walls and the gardens is magnificent and it is a great pleasure to see it from the room. They have many additional amenities that you can photo for free on request. Very close to the shinkansen station will definitely stay here again when coming to this wonderful town.

Large room, clean and with great view of Fukuyama castle. Staff were great and very professional. Location to JR station get for travellers. Plenty of food options nearby. Bed. Comfortable and comfy pillows.

The view of the castle was amazing. Right next to the station and convenient to shops. We had fantastic okonomiyaki just on the other side of the train station. There is also a small bakery that is worth trying.

there was coin laundry but needed to bring own detergent. one minor gripe ;and also more of a heads up )is that going to the convenience store in the same block is kinda unsafe since there is no dedicated sidewalk. an alternative would be the ones around the train station

So near the castle! though I was not lucky enough to be assigned a room with a view of the castle. Similarly distanced is the train station. surprisingly in a commercial area. convenient check in and checkout. loved the tatami floor of the room. quite spacious. has in-house coin laundry (but, … see what i didn’t like) great staff, from the reception to the cleaners

Feel like home & overlooking the brightly lighted Fukuyama Castle at night from the window & just beside the train station with no noise disturbances as the window is sound proof.
