Double room bed had one side against wall, and although this is common in Japan, there is not much room to get around the bottom of bed. Bus stopped for almost 3 hours in middle of day.

Friendly staff. Free drink, ice cream or Ramen every day. Shuttle bus to town. Onsen.

Great location: - The hotel is less than a 5 minutes walk to the train station which allows you to have easy access to the city loopbus which brings you to all sights spots in the city. - Otherwise it's about a 10 minute walk to the city center with multiple convenience stores around the corners. - The front desk agents go out of their way to assist you. When we asked about the luggage forwarding service, they contacted our next hotel in advance, confirmed the reservation and completed all the paperwork for us. The following day all we had to do was bring our suitcases to the front desk and we received our proof of postage/receipt. This allowed us to experience a last visit to the local market before catching our next train.

Excellent. Newly build hotel, very close with Kanazawa station. Very clean and comfortable. Staffs are also very helpful and willing to go for extra miles. We will come back to stay here again when we go to Kanazawa 🙏

English language skills of staff at the reception. From an environmental protection perspective a fresh Yukata robe per stay would be enough.

Clean, modern room, nice Onsen, delicious restaurant, friendly staff. Location: Few minutes walk from the railway station. There are many small restaurants, mostly Yakiniku-Restaurants (BBQ). All sights are in vicinity.

I didn’t realize how small the rooms were. I might have chosen a room with 2 twins or larger size room for the double if it was available or if I realized how tight the room would be. I do not see the room size given on your website. A handout describing where all the switches for the lights are and how to make the tv work would be helpful.

The family room was spacious and clean, and it was great having the bunk beds for the kids. The location is ideal — close to the station and to convenience stores. Since our room was ready, they allowed us to check in early, and they also stored our luggage the day we checked out. A wonderful stay!

Perfect! Close to the station, clean and comfortable, the staff was kind and gentle, they store my luggage until the time I needed to leave, also they have a little bath that I could enjoy on the day I arrived and it was an amazing experience after a long day walking.

Only stayed for one night but 5 minute walk from the station and about 20 mins from the main sights. Bed was comfy and room had everything we needed. Breakfast was great, the Kanazawa curry was delicious.

This was my favorite hotel of my holiday in Japan. It is very close to the station (about a 5 minute walk), the rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly and helpful and the bathroom/toilet were good. My room even had a little couch and table that was bigger than I expected, which made hanging at the hotel pleasant. There are multiple shops and restaurants nearby, and the train station itself is surrounded by restaurants, shops and even a cinema.

The location was excellent- just a few blocks from the train station. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a nice public bath (separated by gender). Our room was a great fit for our family of 4 (2 teens). The room is very big and the "bunk beds" are tucked away and very private for them. The staff was SO helpful! When we arrived to Kanzawa, had lost/left a train ticket on the train, and therefore had to buy a new ticket (8500yen) in order to leave the station. We asked at the desk if they could help us by calling JR to see if the ticket could be found and retrieved on the train. The next day, the front desk emailed us that the ticket was FOUND and sent to the Lost and Found office at the station. We retrieved it and got our money back! Thank you again!
