United StatesDuring the summer break, many young children ran around the hotel, making it a bit less comfortable for us as we were there to celebrate a special family occasion. Additionally, we discovered that the bench in the toilet of our room was not clean.
We requested an in-room onsen experience for my husband, who is American and had never tried one before. The bath in the room was a traditional Japanese wooden tub, and it was filled with genuine onsen water, exactly what we had hoped for. It was a wonderful and authentic introduction to Japanese bathing culture

One of our favourite spots in the world. We love the Yuinchi Hotel. Wonderful and friendly staff. Spacious rooms and an amazing restaurant. The cherry on top are the beautiful views over the harbour.

Staff at reception and restaurant speak fluent English. We have memorable stay here.

JapanThe hot spring bath house next door still requires tattoos be covered. It’s 2025. People of all walks of life have tattoos and don’t cause problems.
It’s in a beautiful location, the view from the room and the bath is incredible, and the 6th floor lounge is a great place to unwind and enjoy some treats.

JapanThe hotel is really big and there are a lot of options for leisure and etc. However, they close the restaurant at 21:00, with the last order before that, and there's no options for food around. A convenience store or even a vending machine with some snacks would be helpful for travelers that arrive after that time.

RussiaI liked the hotel a lot. I'd like to come back here! We had a room with an amazing view, it was very clean. We enjoyed the hot springs, horse farm and massage. The hotel provides you with everything you could possibly need. There is an izakaya, specialty coffee shop and a 24-hours supermarket nearby. The staff is very lovely, not everyone speaks English well but they are always willing to help, we used Google translate to communicate. You can get to the hotel from the Naha airport by taxi. It takes around 40 minutes and costs 6000 yen.

United KingdomRoom was very large and great value for money having use of the onsen, and the upstairs sky lounge with a decent coffee machine. It was also very convenient to have washing machines on each floor. The only annoyance was that the onsen was packed with people who did not know onsen etiquette, running and shouting, and people getting their towels wet and using these to clean themselves in the onsen? So not very relaxing. However if you time your onsen visit better it can be avoided. The facilities are great, and the water was very good.

SingaporeRoom is small. Road leading to the hotel was curvy uphill- best to drive during daylight hours.
We enjoyed the onsen which was in building next door. Would be able to see sunset from the onsen if you time it right. Breakfast spread had both Japanese and western food, provided in the hotel functional hall, not a restaurant. Saw many local Japanese families vacationing here. Huge parking lot. Good place to stay if you are visiting tourist spots in the southern side of Okinawa as it was a short drive to both Okinawa World and Peace Memorial Park and then to return the car at the airport.

We got the royal suite, which was spacious, well-designed, ands included its own private hot-spring-fed onsen ... and FREE snacks and drinks from the minibar. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff was exceptional. Dinner and breakfast buffets were both excellent and varied.
