Sleeping on futons on the floor was quite hard and left me with a sore pelvis/back in the morning.

The residence is clean and full of Japanese style, especially the Tatami, there was even guide book teach us how to make the bed. Otherwise, the host is hospitable and can communicate in English.

It's location- about a 10 min ealk to Odawara Station. Easy self check in. Apartment is spaciious n very clean n comfortable.

Super friendly staff (esp. the Japanese man) who grant us all our wishes (early checkin, arranged daily cleaning and luggage storage after check out). Perfect location close to the train station, the castle , and all the shops and restaurants. Most importantly, the apartment offers more than what you expect from a hotel (ready to use washing machine with dryer, all the cooking utensils, TV with Netflix etc.).

The only think we were not happy was time of operation of reception. On Friday only till 17:00 - we were not able to leave out baggage there

It was close to station. All the amenities are top notch especially the toilet system. The room was huge which allowed us to move with ease. Overall, we had a great stay here in odawara.

The way back from the station is a bit too dark to our liking. So we wouldn't recommend it to female solo traveller (the room itself is way too big for 1 person anyway). But besides that, everything about this place is an absolute 10/10!

The relaxing vibe of it. It has a huge tv with a built-in kitchen. We have a lot of fun while chillaxing at the place!

The bed was a futon, and I wasn’t used to this. If you are heavy set like myself, it is better to lay out multiple mattresses to increase comfort

it was very windy on the day of our stay, and the room's glass windows were shaking and rattling the whole night. It was not a very restful night for me, as I was worried the windows might break.

5 mins walk from Odawara Station. Excellent and full set of modern facilities, with kitchen and laundry like an Air B&B. Good size for 4 adults. Bathroom and toilet are perfectly clean Iike new.

Walking distance to Odawara station to access taxi, bus, train and shinkasen. Easy to navigate and easy to find food. Room was clean and tidy. Comfortable for a family of 4. Facilities include smart TV and tablet, automatic toilet and bath tub. Better than Tokyo hotels.
