Overall this a a great hotel for ski and family. All amenities are good enough. The way of ski in and out is easy. Every thing Easy to use, and stay like home, relax, clean. Staffs are so great and helpful. Staffs Specially Jasmyn, Charles, Joe and Leith are very nice. Also a staff from New Zealand, can’t remember his name are very very nice, they are very warm and helpful, our family feel like back to where we really It's like returning to a very familiar environment. Thanks all staffs! I want to say The hotel staff is one of the main reasons why we would consider coming back again.

United StatesBreakfast is super limited and by order only, no fruits. It’s fine if you are there two or three days but any more than that I would not like it. The swimming pool is for decoration, it supposed to be heated but even in spring water was cold, you can’t really use it.
Super nice, spacious, clean and comfortable bedrooms. The staff was willing to give you rides everywhere at all times. That was great.

The staff helped us a lot during the stay and made our trip very comfortable. The onsen area (inside and outside) and sauna were very great for relaxing after skiing. The hotel is walking distance to the main street and you can ski-in to the hotel from the slope.

FinlandA couple of young “bad apples” among the front desk should be trained to reach “above average” standard. Good customer service does not use term “there should be”. There is only a term - “I will check it out for you, sir.”… …and allways with a smile… not with an Australian youngster “I couldn’t care less” face.

The apartments are huge and really stylish and well equipped. Great ski in location. Straight to the ski lockers. Great on site restaurant and bar too. The personal service we received was exceptional. The GM, Mirko Corbella greeted us on arrival and Mandy and her team were very attentive and helpful. Isaac drive us up to the gondola and helped us with our skis and boards. Milly helped with restaurant bookings, and we were driven there, and picked up. The on site ski rental shop also provided excellent service.
