The parking was a little challenging but the staff did a great job to assist when needed.

The Moana hotel was exactly what we were hoping for during our relaxing adventurous vacation. It was very clean, the staff were kind and the location was perfect. The rooms were a good size, the beds were very comfy and the space was great.

1) Humidity / water damage on the roof not shown in the pictures. Damp smell /smell of mold in the room. Maybe some of the rooms / upper level rooms are better because the reviews don't mention this. Room change was not possible because they said the hotel is full. Room temperature was really high 26C and humid, they didn't do anything to improve it. After 2 nights we realised to clean the A/C filters ourselves and the temperature dropped to 22-23C which was fine. Also after few days thanks to the dehumidifier the moisture and smell got better. They should run the A/C and keep it clean ALL the time or at least before guests get in! Humidity seems to be problem in the area and many of the hotels not designed well considering this. So we stayed and didn't change the hotel because the price was after all in our price range. 2) Pan but no kettle in the room. No kitchen towel / drying rack and no kitchen cloth to clean anything, you might want to bring your own. 3) Dust on decor and shelves so I can't give 10 on cleanliness. 4) No proper table for eating although there is a coffee table.

We were on holiday and had a car so the location was ok, and there were some restaurants nearby and sunabe seawall for snorkeling. It was clean and laundry machine worked well. Beds were comfortable. Light breakfast was ok.

There were many things to like about The Moana Resort. The staff was polite and helpful. The room was spacious and beautiful. The in room washer and dryer were an added bonus.

The Staff were exceptional. Every member of staff went out of their way to help guide us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The Ambiance of the hotel is very relaxing and comfortable. Location is excellent lots of restaurants, massage therapists and the Seawalk right there. And for us having the Military base so close was very convenient also.

The breakfast and coffee were always gone well before the breakfast hours but there were plenty of options around the hotel for breakfast and snacks.
