2nd time of stay. Clean, spacious, onsen on lobby floor Excellent location: walking distance from Hakata Station, various subway entrance depends where to go, cross the river & plenty of eateries.

The gym lacked machines, and the carpet can be cleaner (maybe washed with sanitizing agent)

The public bath has an iced tub and is very clean, location is wonderful, great access to the finest places in Fukuoka, staff is very polite and helpful, rooms are comfortable with dark out blinds

Staff at the Reception desk speaks (almost) No English.. But we managed to communicate using our Smartphonevand Google translator !

We stayed 5 days ( 4 nights) at the hotel Blooosoom Premier. We had a Hakata Room in Upper Floor ( 28 F ?) with Access to Hakata Bar. This Lounge is very quite, and it has a nice view to the city. The Lounge has a good selection of different drinks,, wines, coffee / tea and small snacks.. The Hotel offers the option of "Room Eco Cleaning" which we decided to take ..Thank you, please keep it ! Location about 500 m from Hakata Station is very good. ..Hotel crew is very nice and polite !

The light in the room is too soft sometimes. But I think someone will like a room with soft light. In fact, nothing to complain about the staff and the hotel.

The Staff is really helpful and responsive. For example, we asked the staff to arrange taxi for us and we can get the taxi quickly. The hotel is new. There is a large shopping mall near the hotel. In addition, there a few convenience stores nearby and a coffee store. Although it is not by the Hakatar JR Station, it only spends not more than 15 mins walk from Hakatar JR Station. There is a Japanese public bath.

Better to pick the Dadami room or aboves. Very cozy and clean room, convenient to get to hakata, nagstsu or tensin very kind staffs - much better than grand Hyatt why not trying price is fairly reasonable

2nd time that I booked this hotel. Location: only several min. walk from Hakata train station. Lots of restaurants nearby. Breakfast: Many options including western style and Japanese style. Booked Moderate room this time, which is not too big. But for only 1 night stay, it's enough.

It’s better location for staying in Fukuoka. Just take a walk around 10 min from Hotel to Hakata station and take a taxi by 10 minutes to Tenjin station. Comfortable room

Didn't like the distance from Hakata exit to the Hotel, especially since it was summer and blazing hot -- there are hardly any shade or trees to line the walkway. Other than that, the location is good and walkable to many places.

It's quite a walk from Hakata Station, and in fact, nearer to Kushida-Shrine. Beautiful, lux hotel that has a generous-sized room. Good breakfast and really enjoyed the huge onsen -- except that the black decor inside the onsen is a bit scary. Walkable to many places like Canal City Hakata and yatais.

Very nice and clean hotel with helpfull staff, I enjoyed my stay a lot! Rooms are not very spacious (we booked a Moderate room for two people), but it's a common thing in Japan, and overall it was enough. I really liked the location - just about 10 minutes to Hakata station from one side and Canal street to the other, so this hotel is perfect if you are planning to make some trips around Kyushu.

Your front desk staff cannot really speak English. And not exactly friendly

Location requires at least 10-15 minutes of walking to Hakata Station. If you are in a hurry for a very early domestic tour meeting outside a supermarket at Hakata Station, please give yourself enough time. Even crossing the road requires time.

The hotel location was fantastic as it is very near to the Hakata Station (less than 10min walk) where you can access to all around the city. All the places of interest such as Kushida Shrine, Tenjin and etc is all within 30min walking distance. There is also public bathhouse available which help you to release the stress after whole tiring day

Do note that if you are traveling with kids or elderly it’s abit of a distance away from Hakata station (about 8-10 mins walk)

The room was very clean and comfortable. Service from staff was impeccable, they were able to provide excellent advice and help that I needed. Very near to Canal City and many dining options just below the hotel
