The apartment we had was fantastic with a prime view of ‘t Yoyei. The location is convenient to lots of local eating and drinking as well as the lifts. They (Nisade, which owns this and several other properties around) have a car service that will drive you essentially anywhere you like; just message in WhatsApp to set something up.

It's a little bit far from the ski lifts if you're there to ski. Still walking distance (about 15 mins). Bed was a little bit on the small side. Also the photo of the onsen turned out to be for the penthouse apartment, I had the impression it was a shared one for all the apartments, so was a bit disappointed!

We had a fantastic stay at terrazze! Partner lost his passport and couldn't get a rental car, Ryan helped us arrange transport for our return trip to sapporo and saved us from a lot of stress! Accommodation is conveniently located to restaurants, bus stops, and the central shops. Very clean and modern apartment, nice and quiet for light sleepers like myself. Would recommend.

The place is very nice for a family stay. Very nice view with all the necessary facilities that you required in the house. The house even offer a place for private Susana. Nothing I can complained about this place.

Terrazze is in a great location, with rooms that are very spacious and comfortable. The staff were absolutely exceptional! Luke, Ariana, and Andrew were all fantastic and very helpful! They really were the highlight of our stay.

We wish there was still an A/C option. We had to open the windows to let some breeze in since the centralized system only generates heat and it felt so dry inside.

There are some small details to improve, noy a deal breaker. Toiletries are placed on the table top in both master & common toilets; some small containers would complete the apartment's posh looks and be more in sync with the overall ambience. Floor mats & rubbish bins in both toilets are very small. Wouldn't do harm to have proper size floor mats & and bins, especially when they use wooden flooring in the toilet.

Breathtaking view from our unit (3rd floor). The view alone is worth the price paid compared to other places in the area. Great location, walking distance to town centre (plenty of eating options around, convenience store, supermarket) as well as the Grand Hirafu base. We had a rental car, so it was even easier to explore many places. The apartment is really spacious, well-decorated & really clean. It is also the only accommodation during our 2 week Japan trip (across various cities) that has SMART TV with which we can log in to our Netflix account (other hotels only have limited local channels). This is icing on the cake, letting us chill in the apartment while enjoying the amazing view of Mount Yotei from the living room.

Location. A distance from the main ski area, short walk and up slope may be tiring for young kids. Hotel provide the free transport upon asked.

Andrew provided drop-off and pick-up services to ski lifts in Hirafu. He was friendly and punctual. I enjoyed the stay at the accommodation.
