Very noisy because you are right next to the highway, motocycle mayhem for light sleepers. Weird smell in the bathroom the whole time.

Nosy biker(s) from 10pm+ to midnight, every night. We could still sleep (my child is 4yo) but I think light sleepers may not be able to accept.

The only thing that was bad about the place was that it is right on the highway and at night there are very loud bikers going up and down the street. It shakes the whole place and there’s absolutely no way to get a good nights rest.

The room was great. It was huge with a balcony all the way around. Shower and hot tub was absolutely divine.

The balcony is a wrap around which was lovely, but my view was a little bit blocked as I was only on the 4th floor so keep that in mind if you really want a view of the ocean. I'm sure if you asked or requested, the hotel would've been accomodating because their staff is so nice.

The free parking was really easy and a nice perk. The location is two blocks from one end of American Village so it was easily walkable to all the restaurants and beaches there.

The staff, was amazing and so accommodating to our needs, from helping with luggage, taking a photo for memories upon arrival and provided a copy when departing,and printing important travel documents, they exceed expectations. The location was perfect for families close to the beach, convenience stores and in American Village, taxi stations, and a few military bases are nearby. The rooms were clean and housing came everyday and cleaned very well and very quickly which was great for mornings we were still in the room getting ready for the day.

There was some ants coming from somewhere in the room and they got to anything sweet left on the counter pretty fast.

The location was perfect! Super close to the popular places of American village, beaches, and taxi's if you wanna go further.

The traffic noise is bad.

The service staff were fantastic...really helpful and friendly. The rooms are huge, clean and comfortable. The design is a bit strange because the bedroom is tiny and could have been made a lot bigger. The location is not great as it is next to a busy road and there is very bad traffic noise up until about 1am. If you can out up with the this, the friendly staff and the spacious apartment makes up for the discomfort. It is about 600m (15 min) walk from the foreshore so don't be confused by some of their promo photos which shows the promenade on the foreshore.

The only downside in my opinion would be parking. Location of the hotel is great, but it’s also a double edge sword when it comes to getting out of the parking area. It’s not a deal breaker, but if there are folks who are not used to driving in Japan, it can be very intimidating.

The room was extremely spacious and the staff were very helpful. The facilities were extremely clean and overall hard to beat the value when compared to other properties. I wish I had stayed here more often for staycations.

Super clean. Excellent staff and customer service. Everything about our stay was a top tier experience. It’s a smaller hotel and there were only two rooms on our floor. It’s a large suite with all the amenities you could need. The staff left personal touches in our room and were so helpful getting us checked in and let us keep our bags there on check out day. Perfect location, 5-10 minute walk to anything in American Village. Right next to a bus stop as well.

We were on the second floor. We had a TON of space, but a higher floor would have offered a better view.

Stunning. A beautiful room with phenomenal views in a great location. We forgot our son’s beloved blanket and after a week of searching high and low, I called the hotel. They had it saved aside, folded in a bag, safe and waiting for pick up.

The bedroom is a bit small and we keep the bedroom door open. The small built-in wardrobe was at the back of bedroom door which we only found at the check out day.

The staffs are very nice and helpful. The bathroom and jacuzzi was great, just one little problem that not enough hangers for clothes in the bathroom.
