The toilet bowl seriously need to be replaced, it needs flushing at least 3 times to completely wash the waste. The bed is not really soft, makes it feels cold.

The room is more spacious than similarly priced hotel. The coffee room near the reception actually opens earlier, before 7:00.

Sauna and Onsen baths are only for men.

It is a good location, very close to the train station and, the convenience store right next to it. Complimentary coffee, tea, water, and late-night Udon noodles! Good enough space in the room. I enjoyed the hot tub with bath salts they provide.

It's a little dated but it does mean the room is slightly bigger (by Japanese standards) than newer hotels.

In the evening the hallway in front of the room had an unpleasant smell of smoke. (Room & lobby did not smell of smoke at all.)

Public bath was nice, but it is only for men, so my partner had to make do without.

Rooms aren't that consistent - my friend's room had strong AC but ours used some sort of central air system that didn't work very well. Had to control it by the bed instead of a remote, a little confusing at first.

Location was near the station, and the staff were all helpful and room was clean. Offered most of what we needed without any major problems, great price.

There is no vault in the room.

There is a onsen for men but women will get their shampoo amenities instead.

The decor needs some love and even though it was a non-smoking room, there was evidence of smoke smell from presumably nearby smoking rooms.

Bed, shower and breakfast were amazing. Good-sized desk and solid wifi. Location was excellent. Nice and quiet.

The room is small

The breakfast was good and the onsen was good with large tv lounge and drinking bar but unfortunately is only for men. Great value for money, I would definitely give it 3 star or more.

The room is a bit older, there are not that many power outlets and the air conditioning can only be controlled by the airflow setting, no the temperature (it was a bit cold for me, but I guess good for most people).

The hotel is very close to the station and easy to reach. The staff is very nice. The room was clean and good for the price.

The laundry is not in the same building.

Reasonably priced, not far from shinkansen station. Although the room is rather old and furniture needs refurbished, it has almost everything you need. There is a tram line right in front of the hotel. The bed (twin room) is huge, more than we expected.

Room was too small for twin beds. Hotel Castle Inn Ise, where I am staying now using booking.com, is by far the best.

Enjoyed udon noodle service at night. The location is the best.

The rooms are very dated, which it is seen in the pictures but I felt the bathroom was much worse. Ladies cannot use the public bath and the bathtub is not deep enough to make up for it. The free udon seems to be a mainly man-thing ... Side eyes from other guests

Very easy to walk from the Kagoshima-chuo station. Sweet staff, amenities and free udon are creative options to appease the guests.

I really like their service and especially their location..you can easily access the tram line can go anywhere you like..and the counter people are very helpful and friend..if you to Kagoshima must stay at that place..you will certainly have a great experience..
