Awesome family room with free intl channels , and youtube access etc with movies in english too. Have a simple ktv room which us very cool. Family room have jacuzzi pool , sauna too. awesome and well maintained and cool

The room has a stale smell, not sure if it's from the carpet, or wallpaper etc.. we hv to get used to it and keep the doors open to ventilate a little. I also didn't like the wallpaper and interior design inside the room.. it's personal preference.

The amount of space in the room was amazing... the sauna, jacuzzi, hottub, and provisions were incredible.. luxurious, new and clean. Its also a good idea to have a dispenser in the room. It's really nice and comfortable

The room set up was odd as lots of angles and the tv angle to the bed/sofa was off which just confused me. The tea/coffee facilities were at one end of the room but the only plug for the kettle was at the other. Again just seemed odd.

Easy to find and only a quick walk to a 7 Eleven. Offered free laundry facilities which was great as we were nearing the end of our clean clothes. Good parking options. Near Mt Fuji although our room was at the back which only faced a drainage ditch and forest as a view. Staff were helpful at checking in. Very clean.

- The location of the hotel on the outskirts of Gotemba isn't ideal. But with a car that's not an issue.

The hotel had a lingering smell of smoke and was dated with glitzy accessories (diamond encrusted shelves) which were a bit strange. Our room had a strange colour light show in the bathroom and bedroom.

The hotel was clean, though the rooms were dated. The beds were big and rooms were spacious. It had everything - a microwave, water cooler, jacuzzi, good parking. The Tiger Pancake place round the corner was delicious and we breakfasted there as didn't fancy the hotel breakfast due to the smokey smell. Decent location if you have a car. Recommend driving to Lake Yamanaka. Appreciated the free laundry (online one dryer worked, so this took ages and other people were waiting, so not ideal to do large quantities).

There were limited food options in the area and none at the hotel. The location was a little tricky with no car.

The room was comfortable and well equipped. Good standard 3 star amenities at a very fair price. Near the edge of town so good for access to the countryside and Peace Park.

The smoking room- however this was due to us booking last minute and it was the only available room.

I booked this hotel last minute and they were extremely accomodating, unfortunately they only had the smoking room available at the time, however they ensured they had deodorised & cleaned as much as possible. The staff were extremely helpful & the rooms were quite large.

Booked the superior double room. Room is extremely huge with king bed, sofa + coffee table, separate toilet and a huge bathtub/shower area. Comes with smart TV that includes Netflix/youtube. There’s also free laundry (washing machines and dryers). Location is relatively easy to find with free parking. Pretty safe place. Premium outlet is just 7mins drive away. Design may be a little old but overall, an extremely affordable and huge room that is comfortable to stay.
