The drain in the shower had a bad smell to it. Nothing huge, but think maybe some baking soda down the drains here might be well served. Nothing horrible, but a def bad smell emitting from the drain.

Staff is very friendly and it's very clean everywhere inside and out.

The hotel has a great location and the staff was very welcoming. The room was spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony and all the amenities you need - including a washer, which is super convenient especially when you need to rinse out swimwear. You can also get complimentary coffee and other drinks in the lobby. Highly recommend!

The bed was pretty rough. Like sleeping on a box spring, not a mattress. The duvet on the bed was great, but not very big so difficult for two people to share.

The shower room was so large and lovely. We really appreciated the washer/dryer in the room (but it was somewhat tricky to use).

We stayed for 2 nights. On the 2nd night, when we returned late and wanted to shower, the water pressure had dropped significantly, almost as if the water was cut off. We reported it to the staff, and he immediately addressed the issue. Although he wasn't sure of the cause, he said someone was called to check right away. After about 10+ minutes, the hot and cold water supply returned to normal. The staff also came upstairs to update us on the situation, so we didn’t have to wait anxiously. Thankfully, there is 24-hour service here, which allowed them to quickly resolve the problem. A big thank you to the staff on duty that night.

The accommodation is a bit far from the downtown area, so it’s recommended for those with a car. However, once you choose this place, you’ll love the vibe. It has all the basic amenities, and it’s convenient to visit nearby spots for sea views and surfing. There’s also a well-known American restaurant and a chocolate shop nearby. The accommodation provides vending machines, along with free drinking water and soft drinks in the common area—very thoughtful. The big shower room comes with a big bathtub. The room we stayed in comes with a fridge, microwave, and a wash-dry combo laundry machine! Fantastic!

Car parking space limited so had to park outside hotel when we came back late. About 10-mins drive to American village as not much in the surrounding area.

The room size was fantastic for Japan - huge! Great location with balcony view of the beach and US army jets going over from about 9am practising (exciting to see). There was a massive TV in the room (about 85 inch), normal size refrigerator, a washer/dryer and good size wet room/ bathroom.

The room far exceeded my expectations. So pleased we didn't go 5 star hotel. Awesome sauna and massage chair. Shower room spacious, shower water pressure just like a power shower. Huge TV and powerful aircon. Short walk to beach and short bus ride to American Village. Loads of places to dine out. Highly recommend to English speaking guests and recovering from jetlag.

Great amenities with an awesome complimentary and tasty coffee bar! In a great location with Wake & Bagel basically on site (around the corner from the lobby) and an açaí truck across the street too! We were in a corner room with a massage chair and dry sauna (both must haves if you have the choice) and the room was clean, had a spacious fridge and microwave, with an ocean view! Would definitely come back and 10/10 recommend!
