Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

MalaysiaI have booked a triple room for 2 nights. I'm not sure if it's the hotel policy to conserve energy, but the air conditioner was not working. We were told that the hotel was fully booked, so there are no options to change rooms. The only solution given was to leave the window open for ventilation (we stayed on the 7th floor opposite Arts theatre with busy traffic), and we were given a USB-charged mini fan.
Quick response and arrangements when I requested to store my luggage a day before my check-in date. Walking distance about 5 minutes walk to JR station. Spacious triple room.

PhilippinesLike a standard room in Japan, it was a bit small for 3 persons especially that we got 2 luggage each. But we were comfortable sleeping so I got no serious problem about the size.
Great location, it's quite near the train station. There are also convenience stores nearby. Free coffee in the lobby, yay! :)

GermanyDespite all rooms being non-smoking (there was even a sign on the beds to not smoke!) the smell of someone smoking came through the vents. The window couldn't be opened to let it out, possibly because the room was located right next to another building and there wasn't any space. You can choose to not have your towels changed every day by putting a sticker on the door, alas, towels were still changed by staff, so not very eco-friendly!
Located close to the Sapporo station the hotel is easy to find. Check in went smoothly with very friendly staff! The room was clean and a standard hotel room.
