Nothing - it was wonderful!

Beautiful and super-comfortable room overlooking Naha. Fantastic food in the restaurant and delicious and plentiful breakfast on the 11th floor. Large indoor pool on the 11th floor overlooking the city and outside jacuzzi and sauna. staff went out of their way to be helpful - service was exceptional.

The only possible complaint would be the seats were a little hard, everything else was perfect.

The hotel and staff were extremely accommodating even for extravagant requests. They went out into town to purchase things I requested for the room.

This was hands-down the most fancy and modern hotel we stayed at in Okinawa. Rooftop hot tub and indoor pool, bigger TV than we've ever seen, and a motion sensing robot toilet. Amazing location about a minute walk to all the crazy shops. Totally worth it, would absolutely stay again.

The gym had limited equipment but had some unique wood cycles and treadmills. Rooms didn’t have the usual water bottles but it was somewhat convenient having a jug you could fill on your own. Maybe having an initial filled water with the option of getting your own may be an improvement.

The rooms were spacious, it has a sauna, a beautiful indoor pool and it was so close the Kokusai dori. Also arranged free parking for me which is hard to find in Naha.

The room was wonderfully spacious with a large bed. The mid century styling. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, helpful. The restaurants were excellent. The central location made everything easy.

Water pressure could be better but not complaining

I really like the design of the hotel. The hotel was open in 2023, the room is very specious (the biggest I have stayed in Japan so far). The design is sound with different compartments. The room has 2 super single beds but can be easily combined together ( I like that the design makes combining very easy). Comes with bathtubs and the location is stone throw away from the main district.

The hotel location is great. There was a problem with the room I booked but the staff did their best to upgrade me for the first night. The breakfast is nice and the bar of the hotel is really well served

Jacuzzi is nice, bathrooms in rooms are roomy, water pressure is great, water dispenser on each level to fill up water bottle or pitcher provided in room, free amenities placed in room, free luggage storage, staff helped with bringing bags up to room when we struggled (we had a party of 5 and we had several other bags to hold), about 10 minute walk to Yuirail station, close to Kokusai dori street to go shopping

The pool in the rooftop with the music in the background next to the bar was a beautiful treat. Next to the main street we enojoyed our first day in Naha. Suite was very comfy and the staff very kind. Hope to see you soon!

It is a little bit strange that they do not have anyone in the staff who could communicate in English. They used Google Translate when I checked in and I gave up trying to ask any questions.

There is only 3 washing machine available which makes the waiting time is a bit long. The hotel should consider adding more machines to reduce the waiting time

The location was superb as it is located at the famous Kokusai Street. Easy access to variety of cafe, restaurant and heaven for souvenirs shopping.

Very swanky with a mid century modern look and feel. Pool was perfect and the outdoor spa was relaxing and clean. Loved that kids were not allowed after 2000.

The room was poorly used by the previous guest, walls were dirty but after informing staff they quickly took care of the issue.

Very good location in Naha, especially if you do not have a car. Staff is exceptionally good, professional and polite. The guest lounge offering snacks and drinks for free is also nice. I did not feel towards the end and the hotel let us do a late check out at 5pm which allowed me to rest more.

No I am spoilt and searches for a hotel in Japan that offers Penthouse Suite.

Disclaimer: Wife and I stayed at the Penthouse. She sleeps in the master, I slept at the second room after enjoying the city skyline, midnight private jacuzzi. Just do it.
