Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. The property is nice and clean but the rooms are too small. We are traveling internationally . We have total 4 suit cases. 2 big and 2 small. There is literally no room to move around . I felt suffocated. Breakfast is ok but could do better selections.

United KingdomExcellent location, very clean, helpful and kind staff. The amenities are wonderful as they have a wide selection of toiletries for you to collect as you wish. The room size is completely fine for short stays and I think standard for central city. It feels very modern with many outlets and USB sockets, and light switches for all areas in the headboard. The bedding and pillows are also some of the more comfortable that I've had in Japan.

I stayed here for 5 days in mid July 2025 for a concert at Kyocera Stadium. Location was excellent, just across Namba train/shopping, walking distance to Dotonbori and all the other markets around. Amenities, toiletries available were excellent, staff were all courteous and very helpful. Chen from the night shift was super helpful during my stay, he assisted and answered all my questions including helpful safety tips when in Tokyo. Thank you so much Chen! you're superb!

Location is right at the end of the metro line from the airport. Lots of small things that were great touches like the reading light right in the headboard. Also a clock in the headboard. A shelf on top of the headboard to put your book or snacks on. Computerized check-in and check-out but staff there to help as well.

SwitzerlandThe reception will help you with the luggage delivery. However, you still have to move the luggage to the FamilyMart yourself. Instead of FamilyMart, just go to Yamato Transport directly, it is just 3min away from the Hotel.
The location of the Hotel is excellent: Just in front of exit 5 of Namba Station. A few minutes away from Ebisubashi and Dottonbori. Everything is very closeby. Namba Station has a direct line to the KIX Airport (Nankai Line). In front of the Hotel is FamilyMart, which is very handy. The reception is friendly and helpful. You can store your luggage or get them to help you sending your luggage to other hotels. I stayed at the Hotel 3x times in the past 2 months: always a great experience. On my last stay I got a free upgrade to a Deluxe room. The standard room is kinda small (like every other Nihon Hotel) and you can barely open a luggage. However, the Deluxe room has plenty of space. All my rooms had a window which you could open for some fresh air.

The location was great. The hotel is just across the Nankai Namba Station. Very accessible to taxis and the Metro. Staff very pleasant and accommodating and room was cleaned every day. Walking distance to Dotonbori and practically all the shopping areas. Family Mart is just beside the hotel.

Great location! In front of exit 5 of Namba station, FamilyMart at the entrance of the hotel and only 5min walk to EbisuBashi. Reception is attentive and friendly. The recognized me as it was my second time at their Hotel within 1 month. Standard room is a bit small, but okay. You can open the window. So far my first and favourite Hotel in Osaka.
