The host was amazing. They treated us like family and were so accommodating. It was our first international trip with a young baby and they offered to pick us up and drop us at the train station and allowed flexible check in. They were very responsive to messages and even got our little baby some Japanese baby food/items. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we required and more. I think it made our trip 100% better by staying here.

Everything was great

So roomy, homely, clean and comfortable for a family of 4. It was so nice to be able to come back after a big day of sight seeing, then be able to chill out in our own space. Kids had their own room, as did we. There are cooking facilities which is convenient to warm up food. A bath for the kids. The suburb is in a very safe and quiet neighbourhood, that is accessible by public transport by rapid train and bus. The public transport system in Japan is fantastic, cheap and all we used during our stay in Japan. There were games for the kids to play, including Nintendo, which the kids looked forward to coming home to after a big day of exploring. Yoko, the hostess/owner is one of the loveliest people you will meet. She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you so much, we look forward to returning.

Excellent facilities in a quiet residential neighborhood. Hostess can speak English and very responsive and friendly. The apartment is clean and close to bus stop and supermarkets. Excellent choice for families.

NOTHING TO NOT LIKE

The hosts were fantastic, preparing an extremely comfortable apartment, with everything we needed and much more, they even bought a cake to celebrate Christmas, and the husband (without being asked) came to pick us up from the train station. The apartment was quite large with both Japanese and western style beds on offer. The area is fantastic. Quite close to the train station, many shopping options and very few tourists in the area. Loved it.

There is no cons of this place.

Everything was great, the apartment was clean, there were towels and cosmetics, so you don't need any of this. Near apartment there are lots of shops and it's only 20 min to the nearest JR station. Apartment is one to one like on photos. Owner is a great person, very helpful and answered all my questions. One of the best rental experienc in my life, I truly recommend this place.

There is really nothing to compare, I almost wish to live there. Local traffic is not complicated but waiting bus during summer maybe painful. However, host will do their best to give us a ride to the cloest station :D

Best host you can imagine :D! Everything is well prepared and cleared. We love the wash machine most, very efficient and dried our clothes in short time. Lovely host invited us to have a dinner togther, we enjoyed our time! :D Will come again.

It was about a 20 minute walk from the station, but there is a bus. This wasn’t much of a con for us though.

It was a great space for a family to stay and the host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, such as offering to get us from the train station when it was raining or leaving my kids some treats.

The Internet could be stronger.

This is the best place we ever stayed at. The host Yoka is perfect and goves above and beyond to be the best. There is a garden and quite a big apartment very comfortable for a family of 4!

This is a great place for families, with lots of toys and entertainment. Host lives upstairs and is very nice and helpful. Although outside the center of Tokyo, good connections by local train (JR Rail Pass covered, but at times very crowded).

It might be difficult for newbie drivers to park their cars as the street outside is pretty narrow. But public transport is convenient in the area, so it won't be a trouble.

The owner is very friendly. We arrived late due to traffic, the owner was worrying about us and waited for us for a long time. Really sorry about that. The owner is very friendly. The house is well-equipped for family usage. The decoration is nice, and the tatami living room and bedroom are provided. The house is also equipped clothes washer and dryer which is a help for long-time travelers. You will feel like you living in Japan for one moment. It is difficult to find a place in Tokyo with a car parking space, so I will say this is a really good feature.

LOVED EVERYTHING!

Wow this place has everything and more. Perfect location in the middle of all the great attractions. Close to airports, disney, Shibuya and and and...The manager has gone above and beyond to make it a special stay. She puts so much thought into your rooms as well as adding little surprises for the guests to enjoy. We were beyond happy here. Also they are the best beds and pillows we have used and we have visited a lot of hotels and lodges. Thank you so much for all you did for us!

Just need to be mindful that if you want to take the train, you have to either take the bus from the bustop conveniently located within 3 mins walking distance from the house, or you can take a leisurely walk of 15-20 mins. If you have elderly or young children, this is a point to take note.

House description is true to pictures. Description too. Superb place to be at. Washing machine and dryer available. Fully functional kitchen with cooking ware and tableware. Supermarket is within 3 to 5 minutes walking distance. There is also a 24hr supermarket nearby. The hosts are so kind and generous. Youka-san showed us the shotengai (shopping street) near the train station where you can find locally made produce, some food and also secondhand shops for clothes and bags. Youka-san's husband even went as far as taking time off work to help my family. They helped to pick us from and drop us off at the station. They also prepared some food goodies for my kids. Really wonderful and kind hosts!

The owners are OUTSTANDING. No other way to put it. Nothing was an issue for them, they went so far above and beyond. It's a completely fully stocked house, with hi speed WI-FI ( I got about 80mb a second for a while) board games, games station, everything you could need for a family staying in Tokyo. Supermarkets are about a 5 minute walk away. Getting there by taxi, you might need to ring for the exact location of the house (it was a few houses down from the Taxi GPS drop off point. It was double the price of a 15mtr square hotel room, so even the price tag was worth it, considering the space and facilities.

There is NOTHING to complain about TRUST ME!!

Everything was AMAZING!! YOKA and her husband were unbelievable hosts! I can't say enough about them. We were a family of 5(2 adults 3 children 15, 12, and 9) from America! Our flight was late so her and her husband picked us up from the airport (HND) and then walked us to a grocery store so we had food to eat!! The next day she took us to a shopping market to show us around. SIMPLY AMAZING! Beautiful area! As a show of appreciation she bought my family a Japanese meal. Unbelievable host! We were only staying 1 night since we were heading to Tokyo Disneyland the next day. To top it off, her husband drove us to the Disneyland Ambassador Hotel for our next stay! Which saved us a hassle of trying to set up a taxi, in turn also saving us some money!! This was our first trip to Japan but not our last! The next time we come to Japan and from here on out, we will DEFINITELY be staying with Yoka San and for more than a day. I'm so happy I found her place. It is BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN and the hospitality, I have never experienced more than this!!! I highly RECOMMEND everyone who is reading this and considering booking a trip ...JUST HIT "BOOK IT"!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!! ARIGATOU GOZAIMASHITA
