Sneaky peaks was AMAZING! Matt and his team are awesome, they went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. Great communication and information given before our trip, for hire etc. Picked us up from our coach! Free shuttle bus to the different mountains every morning and to Echoland if you want in the evening for dinner. Plenty of places to walk for dinner locally in the evenings. Breakfast was perfect and tea/ coffee available all day. Thank you all again!

The property was really beautiful, really close to the chairlifts of Hakuba Goryu station. Matt, Jen and the sneaky peaks family were amazing, always helpful. I was able to benefit from free shuttles to different places, delicious breakfasts, recommendations on hakuba. the team is helpful and very flexible. I will be coming back for sure !

FranceThank you all team ( Matt, Jen, Issy and Daniel ) for your warm welcome, and great service. The location is perfect for skiing, snowboard. ( 10 mn walk or 4 mn by car). Breakfast included with nice ambience ! There is many restaurants around for dinner. All team drop us at the main snow resort in the morning and pick us at the nearest spot. We both had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend this accommodation, with much more value for monney than any resort provides in the area. Will definitely come again. cheers. Anna

It was such a clean place and felt so homely, heating through out the entire building keeping you warm on those cold nights!! The amenities were all new and well kept!! And lived the common room with heaps of things to do, and a foam roller for post slopes. Everyone at sneaky peaks went above and beyond and we are so grateful!!

Superb location if you are there for skiing! It has everything you need to get the most of your time there - 4 mins by shuttle to Gorye/Hakuba 47 ski resort, drying room, laundry, 3 mins to a cafe, 12 mins to 7/11, they will pick you up and drop you off. It is warm, has everything you need, staff are more helpful and friendly than your own siblings!

Sneaky Peaks went above and beyond our expectations. What really made the accomodation stand out were the amazing staff who genuinely cared about making our experience the best possible. The owners Jenny and Matt; as well as the rest of the staff were very knowledgeable of the area and always provided helpful recommendations and advice, were very hospitable and overall lovely human beings. The facilities were clean, beds were comfortable and as two women in mixed dormitories we felt very safe and welcomed. AustraliaWe really enjoyed our stay at sneaky peaks. The owners and staff were all incredibly friendly and catered to whatever we needed. They provided fantastic shuttle service to nearby mountains and even food options. We had a good sized room with good heating and the common area seemed to always have some life happening in there at nights so it was good to chat to the other guests about what they got up to. It sort of had a relaxed hostel vibe to the place. The breakfast was a welcome addition that was simple and got us going for the day. For their first season they have done well and I'm excited to see what they change up and renovate for next season.

Everyone was so knowledgeable of all things Hakuba, skiing, and Japan in general. The location was incredible, tucked away on a quiet street but walkable to local food option or the 7Eleven convenience store. The complimentary breakfast, free shuttle service, and great company made this stay so memorable and one of the best hostel experiences I’ve ever had.

However, if you let Jen or Azra know, they’ll do their best to fix it, as they really try to make your stay a 10/10 experience. New ZealandHad an amazing stay at Sneaky Peaks. It's very homely, and the staff were amazing. It had all the facilities we needed for our stay, and the room was really cosy. The location is great as it is very close to Goryu, which makes getting to and from the mountain very easy. (Even easier with the help of their shuttles) There are also multiple bars and restaurants close by. The staff were incredibly helpful and made our trip a breeze. They provided transportation services, gave us general info about the area, as well as recommendations, and answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again!
