Hooks for the bath towels are really missed, hard to find place where to hang them to dry. Not as tidy as you may expect (quite a lot of dust, in some places it already accumulated so much that it cannot be cleaned with only vacuum cleaner) Plastic kitchenware

Very nice and comfortable apartments with all you need in everyday life (like kettle, microwave oven, rice cooker etc). It's the second time we stop there. More than reasonable price for comfortable stay. Quick reaction and assistance from the staff on all the questions. Very good location - major Osaka station from where you can get elsewhere in just 15 minutes, department store in 5 minutes.

There was no information about how to access the building, no information on how to connect to the WiFi, wrong information on how to operate the washing machine. The instructions on how to operate the washing machine didn't actually match the type which is in the apartment.

The location is close to the Osaka Station, washing machine, MW oven, cooker, toiletries, tea pot etc. available.

The bed was LOUD it creaked with every small movement. I'm a deep sleeper so I managed fine, but my partner struggled to sleep soundly.

No complaints really, we got what we were expecting from the listing. It's more of a place to sleep than a place to hang out.

It was basic, but everything we needed and was really good value. We didn't have any contact with the host, but the instructions for the getting access to the apartment were pretty good.

The check-in process was initially easier than expected. However, as I arrived in the apartment building and outside the room, the PIN code they gave was not working. I messaged the accommodation through Booking.com and a response from them took almost 10 minutes. The responses were not very polite either and I was messaging them in Japanese. I called their help desk in both English and Japanese and the automated voice recording would only advise checking or re-checking or confirming the check-in process through the check-in instructions they sent. I called their help desk and decided to dial in the option for emergency. Had I not decided to do that, it would have taken me a long time before I could get this issue resolved. Finally I was able to talk to an operator and told her that I tried to enter the room using the PIN code they gave me. After a few minutes, she apologized and gave me a different PIN code. I had a suitcase and a backpack with me and I was standing outside the room for almost half an hour. It was not the best experience.

The accommodation is very nice. The bathroom was perfect and it even had a washing machine even though I was not able to use it. The toilet was also very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator was big and it could store a lot of items especially after a trip to the convenience store. I like that there is a couch and a table and two chairs as well. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and is just a 15-minute walk from Osaka station. It is a very comfortable walk especially now that the weather is getting cooler.

Getting the key felt like an escape game; the instructions were not quite clear. When entering the room, the bed looked very poorly made and the shower water drainage was still unplugged. Same as other comments, the wifi did not work at all. There was a big instruction booklet but without wifi instructions nor how to start the water heater.

The bed was comfortable and the location was good! Very spacious room and the balcony was nice to dry up clothes.

No air conditioning in the foyer, so gets quite humid and stuffy in summer when you’re checking in and out. Very flat and low pillows. Only one pillow each and is only a double size bed.

We did struggle with the lock box for around 30 mins, because the combination locks felt were loose so it wasn't easy for us to open... other than this we had a comfortable stay.

The location for this apartment was really great, as it's only a short walk to Osaka main train station. We were so pleased about this because it gave my family an opportunity to go home and rest throughout the day, without having to travel too far. It's a little like a small apartment, and it comes with a washing machine so this was great for us.

Far away to train. Not very clear. The WiFi break twice, but it ok after reboot. The garbage bag not enough, if you take a long stay.

Its about 25 mins walk from Osaka Station, not many turnings. Wish the host has put the address in English too, as we had to ask Tourist Information to write down the address for us in English. Self check in, and the instructions can be made easier since everything is electronic. Otherwise it was a fantastic stay onced you have made your way around.

Spacious and brand new building. Biggest apartment we have stayed in so far. Full facilities including washing machine and detergent.
