I don't know if it's a thing in Japan but the AC didn't work well in shower room. Water wasn't that cold and when I was done washing myself I was already sweaty (I was traveling in August a.k.a. the hottest month in Japan)

It was an amazing time. Everything was clean, beds were very comfortable and AC worked amazing in the sleeping room. I had no big problems if any.

Very fun hostel, owner was very attentive and it was super clean. Not close to the major attractions in Osaka but less than 10 minute walk to the metro which makes it easy to get around, also walkable to Shin Osaka station

1. A bit from from central Osaka but it's hardly 2 or 3 stops away by metro. Perfect for those who don't like the hustle of the downtown.

1. Wonderful host & a wonderful hostel. It's a home converted to a hostel and the overall experience was amazing. 2. Comfy beds with privacy screen, lights, socket, locker etc 3. Cosy common area to sit n socialise with others. 4. Fully loaded kitchen to make your own meals. Free coffee/tea. 5. A quiet residential neighbourhood about 4 metro stops away from Namba station. Shin-Osaka station is just 15mins walk away.

Read the rules very carefully about the use of the common spaces, they are very strict. I was not allowed to rest for 30 minutes in the evening after checkout and picking up my bag before my late night airplane.

The location is perfect for being close to the Shinkansen station easy for traveling to Tokyo and kyoto. It is in a quiet neighborhood very different from the bustling Osaka center, with a nice park nearby, and the tomato theme and decorations are adorable

It isn’t in the best location for Osaka. Whilst it is close for public transport if you want to save money & not spend it on public transport then maybe this isn’t the best place.

Lots of rules - just be aware of these and you'll be fine, but they are enforced Only two toilets/showers for the whole hostel (didn't end up being a major issue) No sink in the toilet

not really but if they can let your water tank work whole day, it can be awesome cus sometimes we need to leave earlier than 9am. But overall it is nice place to stay.

The guest house is in a peaceful neighborhood, quiet and calm. I love how the staff helped me out with the checked luggage when I could not handle it on the stairs. They also offer to store your luggage until 7pm so you are hassle-free.

Good location, loved the proximity to Yodogawa Park and 10 minutes to two train stations. Guesthouse was quite comfortable and had adequate facilities. Did not have to difficulties or long wait times using the toilet or bathroom

The main door is not locked during the day. The host was helpful but very rushed.

The position is close to the metro station and offers various amenities that made our stay in Osaka mote comfortable. Good quality vs price ratio!

The tomato decorations were fun and made it unique from a hotel or other guesthouse. I liked my traditional-style room and the controls for the lights. It was also a quick walk to the subway, which made it easy to explore the city.
