You could hear the trains quite significantly and they kept me awake at night. I ended up checking out early and going to Tokyo instead.

THE GREEN COVER or SATIN COVER that each bed had BIG STAINS that were so visible and frankly, disgusting. We ended up gathering the 3 green covers and put it in the corner of the room. The fridge WAS NOT COLD, no settings to make it colder.

The entire staff were very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The room was spacious enough for the 3 of us and the beds, pillows were very comfortable-good quality. The breakfast was delicious, and the dish was colorful (meaning healthy and balanced), and pretty (well presented).

It’s not this hotel’s problem, but because of the Booking.com’s system, I was not able to get the receipt for the accommodation except Osaka City Hotel Tax.

Ladies Floor which has facilities including Co-working space with free wifi, small kitchen but well equipped, laundry machines and good bookshelves. And above all, all are very new. Also breakfast menus are excellent quality (like organic eggs and house baked bread) with daily variations.

Train noise

Hotel is a few short blocks from Shin Osaka station. The rail lines run directly across the street from the hotel. Within the adequately sized room, trains can be faintly heard arriving and departing from about 0430 til midnight. Staff was helpful. Language was a difficulty in some cases so conversant Japanese is beneficial for the guest. Breakfast was ample and varied.

The property was very clean. We were there when it was very hot and the air conditioning in our room was excellent. It was easy to get to the train station from the hotel and the breakfast was excellent.

The rooms are spacious in comparison to other Japanese hotel rooms. Very close and convenient to get to Shin Osaka Station.

Nothing significant

The location is a short 5 minutes walk from the Shin Osaka Station. I like that it is quiet and away from the crowded Umeda or Namba area yet just a short train ride from there. It was easy for us to travel out for day trips on Shinkansen or JR trains. The room was spacious for two of us; 2 standard size luggage can be opened fully and still have space to move around.

Reception couldn't speak english

The hotel is in the quiet neighbourhood. Room is spacious, clean and bed is comfy. only few hundred meters to Shin Osaka station and there are few local restaurants with reasonable price to try on.

Didn’t realize there are three buildings although close to each other. Specific type of room is in one building. Family was split in different buildings and by floors. Best to verify when booking. However, it was ok for us. Safety issue: getting in and out of tub after a shower is a challenge if one is on the short side. Also, hotel is close to train station but can be a challenge for seniors. Fast and close if using the overpass, however, that means walking up 30+ steps then down 30+ more with your luggage.

Spacious, clean and took care of basic traveling needs. Workers are very helpful and patient to be sure the language barrier is not an issue. Special thanks to Mr Hirano! Breakfast was satisfying and tasty, area was well maintained, workers so pleasant. Note that the hotel limo bus stops at the train station and it’s a manageable walk to hotel.

Breakfast. could have been better. They just had bread assortments tea coffee juice water as buffet served. Fruits cut and salad was bare minimum. They could have removed that as it was as good as not being offered. Quality of Omelette wasn't good. despite asking for frying the omelette better, it wasn't. Cost of the stay - It was way to expensive. Morevoer we just wanted two / three hours extension with additional cost, but were surprised to get a quote of Yen 5600/- per hour!!!!. This was definitely a loot.

Would have loved for the eatery to offer dinner also as a single traveller it's nice to have dinner at the hotel. It was very basic.
