The atmosphere and helpful staff. We had a great time with all and couldn't have been happier. Good was amazing as well as the baths. Loved sleeping on futons and having yukatas!

United StatesNothing really, but the elevator door was a bit scary. It closes on you rather quickly and with full force, so I recommend being extra careful.
The private onsen spa with your room and the in-room dining were wonderful. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the stay.

United StatesThe food was inconsistent - some dishes were bland, others were quite delicious. We couldn't get a taxi to the property because the property said on Fridays the drivers take the day off! Wish we had known that. A staff member ended up driving us to the station which was so nice of him but it took about 40 min bc of traffic!
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The room we had was large and comfortable with a private onsen, two twin beds and a dining room. The meal service was lovely with a large variety of dishes. The private onsen was so nice, but the public onsen is also fantastic and very chill.

This is a traditional Japanese hotel that is very service oriented. You sleep on tatami floors with futons that are made up for you each night. The views are amazing as you are perched above the city and ocean! There is a spectacular view from the open air rooftop onsen! There is also a huge indoor public bath onsen on first floor! The food is delicious!

United KingdomThere was a bit of a language problem so we didn't really know if breakfast was offered along with the booking or we had to pay extra. Most of the brochures and information materials were in Japanese so it was difficult to add services we would have liked. The room needs more power outlet/sockets. The lack of signage directing guests to the location is also a factor as it was a bit difficult to find the main entrance.
I liked the room itself and the staff were all so welcoming and gracious. The room was excellent with the private bath and even the great amenities. Comfortable, cozy and warm, it did exceed our expectations. I love the quality amenities offered (love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, plus all the others in the bathroom, by the way). I will definitely come back and recommend to others.

United StatesServer lady, was not good, she didn't sit nicely, like half standing served for preparation for the table even she wears Kimono! not nicely though ...my husband said, normally nicely sit and prepare for the dishes or setting up ..was littel rough to put dishes...loudly.on the tabe, but owner or mangers others, are very nice people. My husband needs chairs, two schairs in the room but very very low and hard to sit down even I had a bit difficulty. Otherwise very nice rooms and nice view room.
