As with other Japanese hotels, only 3 washer/dryer for clothes and there was a significant line for use especially as the drying was particularly slow for drying denim. AC in room set for 20C as the lowest allowed setting . In hit September felt that the room at best likely dropped to 22-23C

Very small room even by Japan standard. The hotel charged twice for room. It was refunded in the system however I had to wait a week for return of funds. The electronic check in does not make checking in more efficient.

Great location in Shibuya. Very close to subway and crossing. Good value for money considering location. Staff were polite. Extra tea, coffee, toiletries easily available.

What a great location which despite all the activity still allowed for an amazing sleep! Staff were helpful and the room was clean and bigger than I expected for this area of Tokyo. Short walk to the station!

What a wonderful place to stay and fantastic location. The hotel is not far from Shibuya station making is really easy to access the train/subway system throughout Tokyo. It is also close to restaurants, and obviously Shibuya Crossing. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Hotel provides free snacks and drinks (non-alcoholic) in the dining area each day between 4.00pm to 6.00pm that you can also take back to your room. Sure the room was small (as expected) but still provided enough room to be comfortable and also store two suitcases. The Hotel also has washing machines and dryers (coin operated). I would definitely recommend this hotel and and would stay here again when I am next in Tokyo.

The room was excellent - more spacious than many of the rooms we stayed in in Japan, and well laid out so we had space to put our bags and even to sit. The bed was comfortable and large. Very centrally located, excellent to visit Shibuya and neighbouring areas of Tokyo.

The rooms, unfortunately, were extremely small for more than one occupant so not the most comfortable stay. This probably works for people who only plan to use the room for sleeping and not relaxing.

The location was perfect for first timers! Close proximity to everything and easy to navigate to and from the hotel. The on site restaurant was very convenient and the staff was very helpful and lovely.
