The room, which I know are small in Japan, but this was small small and could of been cleaned a little better, it wasn't dirty, but just needed some attention. Could not have more than 1 suitcase open at any time. Perfect if your alone but 2 people not so comfortable, but still great value, will just need the next room size up from the double.

The hotel itself is great. Staff are amazing and welcoming, and with amenities on level 2 are great. Location is perfect for what we wanted to explore, with the hotel central for us. Would book again, just next room size up

The staff was super helpful and friendly. The hotel was right in the middle of a shopping distract that was filled with all kinds of food options and shopping for my wife.

Not very accommodating or understanding when traveling with a 6-month-old baby. They considered it normal to charge extra just to make the room available earlier — even with a small baby — saying that’s standard practice in Japan. However, we’ve definitely experienced more flexibility and friendliness elsewhere in the country.

The location was great. The front door of the hotel opened up to a covered shopping arcade. The hotel was a 5 minute walk to Motomachi Station. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. We had a split stay and they kept our extra luggage between stays so we didn't have to haul it on the train.

Right smack in the center of Motomachi. It is IN Motomachi itself! 🥰 Great value for the money! Clean facility with soft and fluffy sheets and mattresses. 🥰 In literally seconds, you’re in Motomachi, and Nankinmachi behind you… for your Kobe Beef cravings. 🥰

The best part about this hotel is the location. It's in the middle of the iconic motomachi shopping street. China town is 2mins walk. Metro station is 3mins walk. Habour area is 15mins walk. The hotel is small but very well maintained. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. Rooms are small but functional. Comfortable bed. Added perk is the free hot beverages from the restaurant. All in all wonderful experience. We will stay here again if we visit Kobe.

There was a table and a chair in the room, but you couldn't work on it, because it was too small for that.

Great location, right in the centre, close to the train station. The room had a smart TV with streaming services. The restaurant had free drink service every day, even if you didn't have breakfast there.

There are only 3 options, all of which are similar. Not satisfied with breakfast.I stayed there for 9 nights and had to eat breakfast repeatedly. Can't cancel.

The cleaning staff was quite chaotic, every day there were laundry baskets all over the hallway and it was also very noisy in the morning.

The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful, really very accommodating. The hotel was clean, stylish and is also very well located (in Motomachi Shopping street, next to Harborland and a train station with connections to Osaka and Kyoto).

Convenient location to the main shops road. relatively close by to many good kobe beef restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee and chocolate was drinks was a nice addition. Also has a Toyota 2000GT displayed at this hotel, which was interesting to see.

In comparison of all the rooms we booked in our whole Japan trip, this was the smallest. Is nice for one person but not for 2 tall persons.
