We enjoyed the flexibility of our room where we could enjoy morning coffee on the balcony or popcorn and movies in the evening or relaxing in the bath overlooking the views. We loved having the onsen, sauna and pool making it a very relaxing experience. The hotel had a cool vibe and the staff were lovely and always helpful

Excellent kitchen and living room quarters. Bedrooms were spacious for the 5 of us. US standard bed size with fluffy comforters. BEST pool and sauna ever.

- Both saunas were often full and dirty. And some guests were disturbing. Two dripping woman swimming suits were left drying on the sauna bench for the whole morning, occupied a large area. Dirty towels were left behind on the sauna bench. - Food in the restaurant was certainly overpriced, considering the material quality and cooking.

Location was perfect to explore the island. We rented a car and nothing is too far on the island. To go to a nice beach one needs transportation.

I only wish a better beach were closer. But we did day trips and they were great. Would ve great for hotel to advertise and offer more daytrips to snorkle, paddle board, etc.

The restaurant did not offer any allergens on their menu and the staff did not know either.

The pool and sauna facilities were great! It was a great hotel to relax in, especially as we had been travelling across Japan before this visit. The staff kindly gifted us a lovely bottle of champagne for our honeymoon which was really appreciated.

The better part of the beach is closer to Ana hotel. It would be smart if they cleaned up the part of the beach that is close to the hotel and the pathway down to the beach. That would add to a complete feeling of luxe.

It was a great place to stay. Everything was top notch, modern and clean, but still very relaxed and with a feeling of privacy. The food was great aswell. And tattoos is not a problem here, no need to hide them. Rent a car and explore the beautiful island. Would love to come back!

We didn't really dislike anything there, except some specific points 1. the elevator lobby smelled really wierd on our 4th floor. 2. there are alot of spider webs all around, maybe staff can take more care to that but understand there are just way too many spiders around in general

Great spacious rooms and facilities were on spot. Loved the ground floor pool, it was huge with 3 depths that suited kids and adults. And upstair pool had swim up bar which is a plus plus & sauna. Both floors had jacuzzi, and there is also a shared Sauna pool which is rare in Japan. We spent 1 full day by the pool. They also have DJ playing on Fri and Sat that we were there. there is only 1 restaurant. but they offer pool menu and regular menu, food are all very good. the RED bar is also a very cool bar to visit Staff are very friendly and helpful, spoke good english.

A couple of things didn’t quite work for me. The hotel decor features large fashion-style portraits, which I felt didn’t match the relaxing resort vibe. Also, during checkout, a staff member unexpectedly grabbed my hand to reposition it so their scanner could read the barcode. I found that a bit intrusive, even if it was meant to help.

The hotel has got a really cool vibe that's really unlike most hotels in Japan. So you can tell that it's foreigner friendly, foreigner focused. The pool is open till midnight. It's got a really cool vibe. There are not too many rules. It's just super comfortable for family with the two beds and the kitchen in the room. It just looks really beautiful.

Apparently they have a lot of events so at the pool there are always group of people setting the scene for events which us annoying if you want to relax.

There is a construction near the hotel but the staff because we were staying for 5 days was kind enough to change our room in the main building even though initially our room was in the building near the construction side. The hotel is new and it is amazing, everything is beautiful and tastefully designed. I would have liked to have the cleaning daily without a charge

It is a bit expensive, but we profited from last minute reduction, so it was ok. The kitchen cold have more equipment, cooking was quite a challenge. The music at the pool (hard house music) was way too loud throughout the day. In the evening they often forget to tune it down. But that’s complaining on a high level. We loved it.

It’s an amazing and modern hotel, big rooms with a view and top comfort. Spa for free, even if you’re tattooed. It was a stay deluxe with the multiple pools, whirlpools and Saunas. Waterfalls and good Ambiente. The first floor bar is only for adults. So a little highlight when you don’t have kids. The rooms have panorama view, even the bathtub. It was a dream. Kitchen and washing maschine in the room was really a plus

Not much! I guess the location is quite far from town but taxis are easy to get and cheap. Could have done with a coffee machine in the room

The pool areas are stunning and there is a sauna and hot tub as well. The restaurant food is five star - really interesting Mediterranean but with a Japanese twist. The room was incredibly spacious and had great facilities.
