The noise from the ratilway was quite loud. I was staying on the 13th floor, I could hear the trains very clearly, which was somewhat disturbing.

The location was good, the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Self checkin was easy and thre were staff there to help too if you run into any problems.

The laundry facilities were lacking - there were aonly 2 or 3 washer/dryers which were very slow and did not wash or dry our clothes properly, so we had damp, smelly clothing hanging around our room.

Location was stunning and the view out of the window - wow! We would love to stay here again as it is so well located and very quiet.

There was a train line that passed from below our window, but we couldn't hear it at night, so not sure if trains were just not running then. Could only hear it from about 3am.

Our room was great overlooking the park with great views. There was a rooftop pool that we had no idea about and discovered on the last day.

There is really no presence of the hotel at ground level with the hotel reception located on the 4th floor. It took me all of 3 days to figure out where to access the hotel at the ground level.

It took me all of 3 days to realize how perfect this hotels location is. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Meiji Jingu and a 15-20 minute walk to Harajuku. It is a 20 minute walk to the famous Shibuya Scramble. The rooms are small but perfect for a solo traveler. My room did not have a separate bathroom. The toilet and shower is separated from the room only by a glass enclosure. Again perfect for a solo traveler. The breakfast was good.

The hotel’s entrance is a bit unconventional. You take one elevator to reach the lobby on the 4th floor and then a separate elevator to access your room. If you’re coming from the mall or park side, you need to walk through a café to get to the lobby which felt a bit inconvenient.

This hotel has a fantastic location. It’s just steps away from everything in Shibuya! We stayed in a bunk room which was surprisingly comfortable and the view was absolutely stunning. Overall, the room exceeded our expectations.

Perfect location if you are interested in shopping. Relatively new hotel so everything works, and is modern. Nice rooftop bar. Friendly staff. Room not too big, but nice park view and perfect -small- shower. Would recommend.

Room was dirty, someone left a sock from before behind curtains and was not cleaned. People leave trash outside doors. Only 2 washing machine for full hotel and people didn’t take the clothes once washing was done. Better rules would be good or some sort of queuing system considering that checkin/out was self service

The coffee shop located in the lobby gets a little bit crowded with local people using the space as a coworking area. It may get difficult to find a spot if you’re a guest and need to use the space.

Great location with lots of shops around and close to Shibuya Crossing and Station. Reasonable size rooms, clean. Friendly staff. Nice lobby.

My room smelled of smoke. The housekeeping did not come every day. The bath towels were old and small. The blue carpet seems old. The staff are typically Japanese and are not flexible at all. The check-in strictly 5pm, and the rooftop bar, also strictly 5pm open. The pool at the rooftop bar is not part of the hotel, and had some scandalous parties going on.

Get the park view, totally worth it. Very modern hotel with hipster vibe. I was surprised by the late check-in of 5pm, but I guess the 2pm checkout compensates for this. Hotel is designed for young people to party in Shibuya. The cafe in the lobby is nice.

Very crowded in cafe most days. It's no fault of the hotel, it was just something I didn't realize how popular it would be for folks to work and stay for long period of time.

Enjoyed the nice views from the room, and the extra water provided. Also used the washing machines twice, and was happy that they were available.

The latest room was very hot in the mornings, even with the double glazing and the sun pouring around the ends of each curtain. We were waking up with the sun, about 4am, which was a bit early. After the first morning we were propping up shoes and bags against the edges of the curtains to try and stop to light coming in.

Loved the location of the property. The rooms were well appointed and beautifully thought out with little helpful and beautiful details. We enjoyed the views from the rooms and the atmosphere. Our larger (members of our family stayed in 3 different rooms over the time we were in the hotel) was very spacious. We loved having the coach and room to have our teenage kids come hang out.

Situated perfectly in Tokyo in a great part of town to experience Tokyo for the first time. The room was very clean and it wasn’t noisy. Check in and check out was very easy.
