Small room, though that's to be expected here. It was fine - nothing fancy but it was what I needed. I paid extra for a nicer hotel after my first night here.

Convenient location is the main reason to stay here. Right across from the train station; it was welcome when I had a bunch of luggage and it was super hot. I also loved the silly robot in the lobby that greeted you, but I am not sure it was very useful for anything. Easy check in on the computer and the staff was mostly very helpful.

The beds were hard, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom step was high, so care was needed entering and exiting.

Breakfast is ok but if you are in Japan, you may find some local coffeshops with awesome coffee and sandwiches. However, this hotel is fine for this money (not expensive) and managers there are really great. They also have Onsen (Japan sauna) and I really enjoyed it. If you are planning a trip to Beppu, you should defenetely choose this hotel.

Free parking, opposite of Beppu station and many shops & eateries around it. Onsen is provided but it’s rather small & rundown, poor water pressure and cleanliness not JP standard.

The place was nice and comfy, together with the location, the stay is impeccable given the price and feels better (a little newer, a little more spacious) than most in the same class. Most importantly, there was an apprenticeship female staff (of course other staffs also!) who was really helpful. It really makes this stay stand out from others.

The self-help check-in process is a be trouble for the guest. It essentially shifts the burden of entering guest personal information from the receptionist to the guest himself, which is not guest-friendly at all and I am not so impressed about it. The coffee machine broken down during breakfast time and only pre-made coffee was available.

The whole hotel appeares very new and clean, and rhe room is very comfortable and spacious enough. USB ports are provided beside beds and near the desk. The breakfast, while offers a limited choice, was still valued for money. The prices for dinner sets are reasonably priced (cheaper than dining outside) and the food quality was good. For the location, it is just opposite to the train station. Also I like it's on-sire free hot springs onsen. The water was hot enough and it was very comfortable to have a spa there. Highly valued for money given the price.

Hotel is walking distance to good food options, shopping and transportation. Carpark is very convenient at no extra charge. The hotspring baths was also very enjoyable.

I stayed two nights, when I booked the 1st night I wasn’t careful and didn’t check that the room was non-smoking. Rooms from floors 3 to 5 are smoking and the smell is very very strong. If you are sensitive like me make sure to book a non-smoking room.

The hotel is just across the station and the bus stops to go pretty much anywhere - a perfect location. The onsen is also quite nice.

It was nicely close to the train station and all the onsens and restaurants! The free onsen access from staying at the hotel is also an amazing plus! One of the better onsens out of all that I tried, highly recommend!

When my wife and I first entered, we were greeted by a lovely young lady. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but she was cheerful and really helpful. The room was nice, it was clean and the location was very convenient. Plenty of parking spaces too, just down the road a little bit.

I wasn't made aware that I would need to bring the bath towel when going to the onsen. Had difficulty finding Beppu Park, which I had hope to visit.

- The room has a certain musty smell; we had to partially open the windows. It was ok after that. - The hotel could use an upgrade to its finishes. - The staff could be more friendly.

- Location is good, just beside the train. There are a lot of food establishments around, and tourist information center is also accessible. Bus terminal is also accessible by foot. - The onsen is nice, especially the open air bath. - Amenities are provided and can be collected at the hotel lobby. -The breakfast spread is great!
