Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

A comfortable room for family stay, with laundry and kitchen for even more convenience. Great location: less than 10-min walk to American Village streets and pickup point at Lequ for reserved bus tours. Plenty of restaurants, a supermarket, Familymart, in 2-3 minutes walk. Bus stop nearby so getting to Naha or going North is also convenient.

The couch cushioning is shot. Holes in the couch and you can feel the springs and wood frame when you sit down.
LOCATION, washer and dryer, nice toilet and strong shower pressure, nice little kitchen with a decent size refrigerator.

We found parts of the floor was dirty, but not a deterrent as we wore slippers/socks anyways. Worst thing for us was the bed and pillows were hard as a rock, with no "give" at all. We purchased 2 new foam pillows. Being next to the main road was a little annoying with the groups of motorcycles riding up and down the street at midnight-early hours.
Great value for the location. The room itself was very cozy and nice. Great location, easy walking distance to food and pleasant walk along sea wall to American Village. We would return stay, adjusting to the issues that we have listed.

My primary complaint is the noise. Being right on 58, road noise is a bit of a problem. If I were to stay again I would request a higher floor and/or one on the back side of the building. If you're not a light sleeper, this would probably not be a factor. If you are, you may want to consider something further away from 58. The other issue, and this is purely preference, was the pillows. I love traditional Japanese style pillows, but these were too firm for me. I wish there would have been two different style pillows on the bed. That being said, I'm not one to complain, so I never asked the l staff if they had anything different. May be an easy problem to solve.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Having a washer and drying in the room is a major plus. Overall it's a great option in the Chatan area.

The sound insulation can be done better to block the traffic noise and loud noise from American airbase.
The location was great, but it was not shown on the GPS installed on some old taxi. It may cause disturbance to your trip. The flat is spacious featured with a fully equipped kitchen and washroom. Washing machine and drying machine are available, familymart, pharmacy and restaurants are of walking distance. The only problem is the noise from US military base nearly, which no one can avoid for living near American Village.

I can’t think of anything I didn’t like.
Absolutely loved the room. The beds were comfy, there was so much space, and we loved that the hotel thought of everything to make it comfortable. They had silverware/chopsticks in the drawers, a rice maker, in-room washer/dryer, and even had detergent for the washer!

The noise comes from the cars on the street is really loud.
The room was clean and cozy. I like the equipments provided by hotel, such as washer and dryer. This is convenient for traveling with kids.

The hotel is right on Highway 58, where motorcycles race at night. The noise is incredible and wakes you up every night. The bed and pillows were extremely hard. They were not very comfortable. The couch was a pullout and pretty uncomfortable to sit on.
The hotel was within walking distance of the shoreline and countless restaurants. Very convenient, even without a car. The room was a full apartment, with appliances including a washer and dryer.
